  Excellent service. Kenneth, the general manager was very knowledgeable and patient in addressing my concerns with my car. The store was very busy and I was impressed, that as a manager, he did not hesitate to step in and help the flow of customers. It was great to see management lead by example.

  I don’t know why they got rid of Mikey haven’t seen him in years heard he was let go for arguing with a customer he was the heart and soul of that store kid could tell you what part u had in your hand before you even said anything customer service was the best in English or Spanish they need to hire him back store hasn’t been the same for us Hispanics who would come to see him since he left Other workers I have seen curse at customers and threaten them and they still have a job favoritism is being shown and corporate should do something about it bring Mikey back and make it a place we wanna shop at again he basically ran the store when he was there and could be struggling with a line of people by himself and still have everyone out and happy in a timely manner!!! He always had store clean and neat you can’t find anything in the right spot in there anymore looks like a flea market you walk through and find stuff on the floor open and beat up boxes you guys fire the great employees and now have kids who can’t install a windshield wiper correctly or count money running the stores

  I was having a horrible birthday but Kenneth assisted me with solving my problem. He made sure that I had everything that I needed and even used tactics to calm me down and reassure me that everything would be okay. He helped me find a battery in my price range and even helped me install it with no problem. Thank you so much this is the best team I’ve ever experienced !!!!!!!!!

  Came in looking for parts for my exhaust system This particular part they don’t keep on the floor so you have to ask for it website says that they have one in stock I go into the store ask the gentleman gave him the part number even though it says they have one in stock. He tells me it will take him all day to find this one part because it is a dorman and it is small. He then pulls up locations that also only have one in stock and tells me to try them first why can’t you just look for the part? Why do I have to drive all the way to Riverdale when I’m in Forest Park when you guys have it in stock Stop being lazy.

  Talk about world class service. Where do I begin with Adonis. Adonis is a highly competent and professional employee. He correctly diagnosed the issue as a painted negative battery terminal which caused an intermittent electrical connection that eliminated all power in my car. My car had no power. The trunk release, hood release nor gas cap release worked. Flashers didn't work. Car would not turn over. Nothing. Adonis cleaned the terminal on the spot. Re-checked readings with his device. 3 additional times to give me peace of mind. Problem solved. 91 Fairview Rd location lied and blamed the battery and tried to sell me a $254 battery without using their device to identify the issue with my car. 2090 Candler Rd location did not inspect battery terminal and lacked knowledge on how paint could cause electrical intermittent and went with the device reading of the alternaton being the problem. Had I followed that advice, I would had spent over $500 (parts and labor) on an unnecessary repair. Adonis found the actual cause and fixed it in minutes at no charge. Thank you, Adonis, at 4592 Jonesboro Rd. This is the only location I will return to with Adonis' assistance.
