  Paid for the premium car wash, drove 1.3 miles down the road and got in the garage and noticed car was not clean. Figured when I go back out I’ll just have them rewatch it. They refused. I didn’t get out and vacuum my car and it was detailed recently so I didn’t even think about it. Go somewhere with integrity or throwing your money out the window.

  Overpriced 18 for basic carwash and still missed the back. I can get best level in buford for 12.

  If i can give this 0 I would. After we washed our car we came to the vacuums, one of them wasn’t working but we just kept cleaning our car by wiping the surfaces. One of the workers found out the vacuums were not working and came up to us and we said yeah we have not been able to use it. So they took it out and tried to fix it, we went to a different spot to vacuum and all of the sudden this so called “manager” came up to us which btw has been inside and hasnt seen outside, he came up to us and said oh dont suck up anything and we are cool, yall were the only ones that used the other side and is broken, he immediately accused us instead of apologizing since we could not use the vacuum. He was so rude to us and acted like he owned the place. I asked him to check the camera so he can verify because in my defense we did not use the broken one, cause how can we. but he kept saying we are cool and kept saying we were the only ones that used it this morning. Where was the assumption came from? First car wash and never coming back again.

  A few weeks ago, I went to get a quick car wash. I got to the lane and there was an old lady taking forever just to choose a car wash. The guy was showing her on the iPad and it went on for at least 5 to 7 minutes at this point I’m like I need to get out because I can’t wait any longer. I just came for a quick car wash. I was planning to reverse but another car came behind me so I decided to wait and just wait for either the old lady to make up her mind or the people behind me to leave once the attendant did something she escorted the lady to the front of the car wash the other attendant left as well, so I drove up to the kiosk to pay, and the machine was not working, so I waited another two minutes was getting very frustrated that the attendant was even looking at my direction and see how I was struggling to pay. I honked the horn and they just looked at me. I put my hands out the window to get him his attention and they ignored me completely. I am never ever going to this car wash ever again worst customer service.
