Too much "sales pressure" when I just want to get my car washed! The guy with the I-pad greets you at the drive-up kiosk. He goes on and on about signing up for a membership, and wont take "no" for an answer! I had to lie and say "I'd think about it", so I could get him to shut up and get my car washed. Today, I went again because it has been 3 weeks since I got my car wash there.....and there he is again, talking to the truck in front of me, going on and on and on. I must have sat there in line for 5 minutes!!! I finally put my car in "reverse" and backed up the "one way" entrance, because I knew he would pull that high pressure membership speech with me again, and I thought it was really rude of him to not acknowledge me while I waited for so long, so he could "make a sale". Well......by doing that to me, he LOST a sale and I will NEVER go back there again. I understand that he is trying to promote sales, but when a patron politely says "no thanks". He needs to listen, instead of pissing people off!

Fantastic employees! Jared in Flowery Branch listened and helped me get the plan I needed and was very knowledgeable! Super comfortable knowing I can take my car there and keep it in top shape.

Amazing Customer service is exactly what you’re going to get with this new Crew. Been using this car wash because of convenience for 2 years because it’s close to home But I’d drive across Hall County now if I had too. Kayla went above and beyond for me and everyone else I seen using the facility!
