I went to Mavis Flowery Branch to get new tires. Brooklyn helped me at the desk. I ended up needing to go two days in a row and both times Brooklyn was amazing! The second day, when I entered, Brooklyn was in the middle of an incredibly difficult conversation with a customer and someone on the phone. The way the man on the phone and the young man in front of the counter spoke to her was incredibly rude and unacceptable. Brooklyn, however, kept her cool and handled the situation as a professional - even when they were throwing insults and names at her. I was the next customer immediately following this encounter. Brooklyn continued helping me as if nothing happened at all. She also was great about educating me about my options and talking about the prices, quality, and need level for each product. She wasn't trying to oversell any of the products which made me, as the customer, feel cared for and valued beyond the money I would spend. Service was also quick and well done!
All of these five stars are specifically because of Brooklyn and her exceptional service! She is doing a great job and representing Mavis well!

What started as a stressful situation (tire blew) then I absolutely couldn't find one location that had my tire in stock....turned into a great ending thanks to Jonathan and crew at this location. I drove an hour and a half to get to this location and it was worth it thanks to the wonderful customer service and magnificent communication. Words can't express how much I truly appreciate you guys! I will be back for all tire maintenance no matter the distance just to receive the outcome I did from this location today 10/10 highly recommend

WOW! Awesome service at Mavis Tire Oakwood. I bought a set of tires there recently (great experience) and when I ran over some debris on the road that damaged my tire Austin was quick to get me back on the road! So helpful and efficient and they treat you like family. It's a great place to do business with.
