  Worst mechanic place . They couldn't put a simple a/c belt on. They take forever to do simple jobs. Like I had my oil changed. It took almost 2 hours. Then I was driving it. And they forgot to put the oil ring on, and all my oil ran out. Luckily a guy at Walmart helped fix it. I went by to tell them and they just shrugged their shoulders. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!. Go to Quality Muffler & Repair Shop , 207 S. Main Street, Fitzgerald Ga. This place did it in one shot.

  I came in with a tire that had a slice in it and was expecting a stressful experience, but Mavis Tires in Fitzgerald Georgia made everything so easy. I left with a brand new tire, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. What started as a bad predicament turned into a great experience thanks to their excellent customer service. I really appreciate how well they took care of me, and I would definitely recommend Mavis Tires to anyone who needs tire service!

  I was traveling thru Fitzgerald GA when my low tire pressure light came on. In a few minutes I saw this Mavis Tire location and pulled in. Callie and Chase were very polite and got my truck in a stall within 15 or so minutes. 20 or so minutes later I was back on the road good as new. Very glad I had a flat in front of this Mavis store and highly recommend

  I wanted to update my original review because the situation was ultimately handled professionally. After the Initial experience, the regional manager reached out to Larry personally, listened to his concerns, and worked to make things right. They issued a partial refund and took the time to address the situation, which we genuinely appreciate. While the original interaction was disappointing, it’s important to recognize when a business takes responsibility and makes an effort to resolve a customer’s concerns. Good customer service isn’t just about preventing problems—it’s also about how those problems are handled when they arise. Thank you to the manager for taking the time to listen and provide a fair resolution. That level of accountability speaks volumes, and it’s why I’m happy to update this review to five stars. We appreciate your commitment to making things right and hope other customers receive the same level of care and attention.

  Extremely disappointed with the service we received at the Fitzgerald, GA Mavis Tires & Brakes location by the manager Deanna. We purchased a set of tires for our dually truck from this location and paid over $1,500, including a warranty. When my husband returned to have a tire repaired, Deanna refused to honor the warranty we purchased. The manager, Deanna, stated that the previous manager was not supposed to put those tires on our dually and specifically said that was why he was no longer employed there. If that is true, that is an issue between Mavis and its employees. Customers should not be penalized for decisions made by Mavis personnel after purchasing tires and warranty coverage in good faith. What was even more disappointing was the manager’s attitude throughout the interaction. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue or provide any level of customer service, she was dismissive, sarcastic, and laughed during the conversation. My husband remained respectful and calm, yet she threatened to call the police on him. It is troubling to see a manager treat a paying customer in this manner while refusing to stand behind a warranty that was sold by the company. My husband has already contacted corporate and we are awaiting a response. We spent over $1,500 at this business and expected professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Instead, we left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend the Fitzgerald Mavis Tires & Brakes location.
