  Pam at Valvoline provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about both the customer and the quality of service they provide. Because of Pam’s outstanding attitude and attention to detail, I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.

  I am astounded by the total cost of my invoice. Notably, the $59 charge for a cabin air filter is particularly concerning. I had removed the air filter from the cabin located within the glove box to facilitate a more efficient and expedited replacement for the technician. It is worth mentioning that these cabin air filters are available for purchase at AutoZone for between $20 and $25, and can be replaced independently. The young technician who replaced the cabin air filter inside the vehicle appeared uncertain about the installation process and required assistance from me. The VPS FIRST DEFENSE FUEL SYSTEM KIT, as advertised and mentioned during the service, had a cost of $139 (including the new air filter). However, I was charged an additional $27.99 for a separate air filter, which was not included in the fuel system service. This discrepancy constitutes false advertising. Consequently, I will refrain from visiting any Valvoline Quick Oil locations in the future. A service that was purported to be expedient took nearly two hours to complete.

  I am a return (repeated customer) and love coming to the Fayetteville location for the consistency of service in and out less than 30 mins and that’s with each bay lined up with cars awaiting for the same great service. Until next service time… I will be back soon

  Antoinette was great! She presented all the information I needed to make informed choices. She responded to my request to check for a leak and her team was just as responsive. I have been a longtime customer and I highly recommend Fayetteville Valvoline.

  I had a time today. Service Center after Service Center I could not find an oil change place that had my filter type and I was already 3000 miles over from my last oil change and I didn’t want to put it off any longer. Well thank GOD I found the Valvoline in Fayetteville because they took such great care of me. My service team was Ms. Pam and Jalen and they provided excellent customer service from the minute I pulled into the bay. They were personable, professional and knowledgeable about the needs of my vehicle and the condition of the various systems. Usually, I just see my oil light on and go to the one that is nearest to me, at the time, but I have found me a new business to patronize. If you need an oil change and you want quick and pleasant service, trust me this is the place to come.
