  Absolutely the best tire shop I’ve ever visited! The customer service was outstanding, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service.   I had heard great things from a friend so I took my car there to get an alignment. I went online and scheduled an appointment and arrived 15 minutes prior. Only to wait over an hour before my car was taken back to the car bag. I was extremely understanding as this was a Saturday morning and they were busy. But then to sit in the waiting area and listen to loud cussing music coming out of the car bags my entire wait was a lot. They did a great job even though it was a crazy wait. I talked to the guy at the desk because I had another car experiencing some AC issues. I was told to make an appointment time again online and bring the car. A month later I made the appointment online a week in advance. I took off of work early so I could have time to bring the car in and run a diagnostic to see what was wrong and then being it back to get it fixed. I walked in and nobody was at the desk. I waited. A guy comes and tells me oh sorry we just took a car in and can’t look at yours. Might I add I explained I made the appointment online a week prior and had taken off of work to come two hours before the shop even closed. I had rode to the shop with no air in the middle of July and they couldn’t even take a look at the car as the appointment online explained. Why didn’t they call or email me to tell me they were going to reject me when I got there. The guy explained oh well come back on the weekend. No I don’t want to come back on a Saturday and hear Yung Miami and ratchet music coming from the installation bay. I was trying to support a local business but I left and took my car someone else that same afternoon that did not turn me away after making an appointment. That was the rudest thing to do. And I will not be coming back to this location. I have multiple cars, have been a resident of the county my entire life and an influencer. I will gladly not recommend this location to anyone.
