  I purchased four new tires from Mavis in Fayetteville, Georgia in 2024. I was told that my tires were under warranty .Today, I experienced a nail in one of my back tires. I returned to the same location to have the tire repaired under warranty. Initially, I was told that my information could not be found in the system. However, Ramona took the time to do a thorough search instead of giving up. Thanks to her patience and dedication. She was able to locate my information, and my warranty was honored just as promised when I purchased the tires. I truly appreciate Ramona’s professionalism, persistence, and excellent customer service. Employees who are willing to go the extra mile for customers are rare…

  I had an amazing experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Fayetteville, GA! I walked into the building feeling frustrated and overwhelmed, but Alvin and DC completely turned my day around. They were attentive, patient, professional, and genuinely kind from start to finish. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel valued as a customer. The level of customer service I received was truly exceptional. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care, but Alvin and DC definitely do. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing vehicle maintenance or service. 10/10 experience!

  Romana was a breath of fresh air. It was a long day for me that Saturday, agitated and frustrated waiting to be seen. When Romana got to me, she helped me out tremendously by giving me a very good price for my 3yr new battery that I purchased. Romana is very passionate about her job and the way she carried herself, very professional. I WILL BE BACK AS LONG AS ROMANA STAYS AT THE FAYETTEVILLE LOCATION!!!

  Bad experience. There are so many issues with this shop. Number one: Lack of communication. I never, ever received a call to let me know my was ready, or that it would take 24 for repair that should take a few hours. I was not expecting to be without a car from the weekend. Number two: Your have to wheel and deal on prices, no fixed prices. Depending on who you talk to, you will get different quotes. Number three: Because I was a returning customer, they took it upon themselves to change my windshield wipers without my concent. There is not enough space here to continue.

  I had such a great experience at Mavis Tire & Brakes in Fayetteville, and I have to shout out the manager, Ramona. She truly went above and beyond. I came in having issues with my wheel locks—Lexus wasn’t able to remove them and was going to charge me $190 just to take them off. I called Ramona, explained everything, and she handled it with no problem. Not only did she get the wheel locks off, but she didn’t charge me for it and even replaced them with new lugs. That alone meant a lot. I was also in a rush because I had to go out of town that morning, and she made sure everything was ready for me. She had her team there and prepared to service me right at 8 AM and got me in and out quickly, which I really appreciated. She was very detailed in explaining everything to me and showed real empathy, which you don’t always get. On top of that, they changed my brakes, and she caught that I had two nails in one of my tires. She helped me get a reasonably priced tire, made sure it was balanced, and even test drove my car to make sure everything felt right before I left. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and their safety. If she’s new to managing, she’s definitely doing an amazing job. I’ll absolutely be back for future service and highly recommend this location because of her.
