I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Tire and wanted to recognize two employees who provided exceptional customer service.
I came in because I noticed a nail in my rear driver’s side tire and was concerned that it might be leaking. Jay, the mechanic who assisted me, was incredibly honest and professional. Instead of trying to sell me an unnecessary repair, he took the time to inspect the tire thoroughly, sprayed it with solution right in front of me, and showed me that there was actually no air leak. His transparency and integrity were refreshing and greatly appreciated.
I would also like to recognize Romona B at the front desk. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire visit. , I will gladly return to Mavis Tire and recommend this location to others. Thank you, Jay and Romona B, for your outstanding service!
