  I would like to say initially I had a very unfavorable experience at this shop. On Friday August 14th I stopped at this shop to inquire about a possible refund for a day light bulb that I had gotten put in but unfortunately the light was out.I had this replacement bulb put in at this shop last March of 25. When I asked if the bulb was under warranty or if I could get a refund. I was told there wasn't any proof that I paid for this service. I didn't I my receipt. However, I asked the attendant if I could speak with the manager who had previously. waited on (we had similar vehicles and had a good conversation about vehicles) I described the managers vehicle and I was told that no one with what I had described worked there. When I asked the attendant, that stated he was the manager if he could look up my receipt on the computer after a few minutes he came back and stated that I was at the shop in Twice in March for an oil change a I person asked if I had gotten the bulb replace for free because it was not showing up. I knew I paid for a bulb replacement but I decided to pay for another bulb. I was told to wait for a price. After waiting for about 20 minutes I decided to leave.I informed the person that stated he was the manager I was leaving. He nodded his head and I let my hood down. Once in my vehicle I wait for the garage door to be open. After five minutes I asked another attendant to raise the garage door so that I could leave. In a strong tone he stated " just back out". I refuse and asked again for the door to be raised. He walked away, then the attendant the first waited on me raised the door and apologized for his co-worker. He stated he could take care of my bulb on Saturday. I knew I had no intention of going back to this shop. On Wednesday August 19 while passing the shop I saw the managers truck that I had spoke with back in March. My intention was to just tell about the experience I had. But kudos to Mr. DeAndre the manager of this Grease Monkey he showed empathy while I described what happened and apologized profusely. I told him I didn't what anything just to voice my concern. Mr.DeAndre made this situation right he informed his corporate area manager about my experience and also called the person that has attended to me and informed him about policies and procedures. I was asked to come by the next day to pick up the refund. At the time Mr.DeAndre was not there and I was being told that I needed to produce a receipt to receive my refund. Fortunately the manager Mr.DeAndre arrived and instructed his assistant to provide me with the refund. In the end I was given a full refund and a sincere apology. Had not been for the customer service that manager I would not be a customer. Wherever this manager is located I will be a paying customer because of his compassion in assisting his co-workers in teachable moments and making the customer seek this type of service. Thank you.   I’ve been going to location since before they changed to grease monkey. The employees were nice but I guess it’s time to start finding a local person to oil changes because I drive a 2003 and never paid more then $79-$89 bucks today’s visit was $127 luckily they had a $25 coupon online because that is crazy. Thanks for all they services again the employees are always polite and quick that’s never been an issue.
