  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every year, we rent vehicles from the Fayetteville Enterprise location to travel to our son’s football games, and I truly wouldn’t want to rent from anywhere else. The customer service, attention to detail, and genuine warmth at this location are exceptional. When you walk through the door and the staff greets you by name, that says everything. It feels less like walking into a rental car office and more like seeing family. I genuinely enjoy interacting with everyone there. I’m always happy to see team members grow and get promoted, although I selfishly hate to see them leave because they become such a wonderful part of the experience! Allie is absolutely amazing. She knows how important it is to me to have a clean vehicle, and she makes sure my car is clean and ready every single time. That kind of consistency and attention to what matters to an individual customer is exactly why we keep coming back. TJ is a newer member of the team, and she has already made such a wonderful impression. She is sweet, welcoming, eager to take care of her customers, and always has a beautiful smile. I’m going to miss seeing her when she moves over to the airport, but I understand that’s part of Enterprise’s training and promotion process — and she certainly deserves the opportunity to grow. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Year after year, they continue to provide the kind of customer service that builds loyalty. Allie, TJ, and the entire Fayetteville team are wonderful representatives of Enterprise, and they are the reason this will continue to be our first choice whenever we need a rental car.

  At the time of pickup and return, LaShondera J. was warm, welcoming, and professional. She was friendly and attentive to my rental needs. She is truly an asset to your company.   Horrible service on customer complaints me and my family was pulled over at a roadblock and apparently the k9 was acting crazy about the car and the cop said at some point narcotics was in the vehicle so they search the car and pat us down even the kids but Nothing was found I told enterprise almost 3 days ago and nobody reached out even had a Issue with the tire which I had to have service never will I deal with this Location again I understand people do stuff in rentals but to have my family go through that And not Get a call is crazy but I'm going to push this issue far as I can

  Fayetteville, Ga Enterprise: We reserved our car 2-1/2 weeks prior to our trip for 8:00 am on Saturday. Our reservation was confirmed. Prior to picking up the car I checked in on line and paid for our reservation in full. Upon our arrival at 8:10 am, the rep said "I'm sorry, we don't have any cars available. No one returned cars last night. Hopefully I will have one around 9:00 or so." That was it. I asked her about Peachtree City and she said "They are probably in the same boat as us. You can call if you want". My husband said, "Can you call them for us?" The girl: "No. It will be better if you call. I'll call you if/when we get a car. here" Me: "We will drive over to Peachtree City. How will our reservation work, if they have a car since I already paid for our reservation for Fayetteville?" The girl: "They will be able to pull from this reservation. It should be fine." With that, she turned around and walked away???? We were headed to Nashville and planned on leaving as soon as we picked up the car. There are simply no words for this experience and the deplorable customer service we received from the Fayetteville Enterprise. We will NEVER rent from them again. Peachtree City, Ga Enterprise: We went to the Peachtree City location and had the complete opposite experience. They had plenty of cars and could not have been more friendly, accommodating and apologetic for our Fayetteville experience. Ajeine Chambers took fantastic care of us. She pulled our reservation from Fayetteville and had us in a car and on our way to Nashville within 15 minutes. No matter where you live in this area, skip Fayetteville and go to the Peachtree City location. The entire Peachtree City team is outstanding. We had a car reserved for another trip through Fayetteville. It has been cancelled and reserved through Peachtree City. I would give Peachtree City location 10 stars if I could. Thank you Ajeine.
