    Set an appointment for 530pm on the app arrived early to get assistance and they advised my family and i they had no vehicles available. Then this kid comes up stressing stating he has to get home on time and lives an hour away. There are three people already in the store waiting and they cars in the lot. So we leave at 1749 (549pm) and were across the street trying to call regional manager to get assistance or call the airport!!! Y'all AINT NEVER GOT A FULL INVENTORY BUT YOU GOT A FULL PARKING LOT FULL OF CARS.

    -10 I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for more than 30 years, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. I reserved a vehicle two weeks in advance and even called five days before pickup to confirm that everything was set. I was assured the vehicle would be available. When I arrived at the branch today, I was told there were no cars available. The manager said he had tried to call me, but by that point I had already traveled to the location expecting to pick up my reserved vehicle. After telling me there were no cars, I was still asked to provide my driver’s license, credit card, update my address, and then provide two utility bills. I complied with every request. When I asked to see the policy requiring these documents, the manager simply said he did not have a copy of the policy. The most frustrating part is that I had done everything right—I made my reservation well in advance, confirmed it, and arrived expecting Enterprise to honor it. This was especially upsetting because today is my 60th birthday. Fellow veterans had planned a birthday celebration for me in Florida and had already spent money on food and excursions. Because Enterprise could not provide the vehicle I reserved, those plans were negatively affected. To make matters worse, the insurance I had already paid for was not refunded because there was no rental vehicle. After more than three decades of doing business with Enterprise, I expected much better communication, transparency, and respect for my reservation. A reservation should mean that a vehicle will be available when the customer arrives. This experience was disappointing and has caused me to reconsider using Enterprise in the future.

    ​I always have a pleasant experience with Enterprise, but this recent rental was especially great. I booked online and used their new electronic check-in feature, which made the process incredibly seamless. I even arrived a bit earlier than my scheduled pickup time, and the staff accommodated me right away, promptly showing me to a vehicle. ​There was a brief moment of concern when the first car they showed me had a large scratch on the side, but the staff quickly realized they had just grabbed the wrong set of keys and got it sorted out immediately. I also really appreciated their consistent communication—the reminders about checking in and returning the vehicle were super helpful. ​One quick tip for fellow travelers: if you have a lot of luggage, be mindful of car sizes. We got a mid-size SUV, but found it didn't quite have enough trunk space for four large bags without stacking them high enough to block the rear window. Lesson learned—a full-size sedan actually offers better trunk layout for large bags than a mid-size SUV! ​Overall, Enterprise delivered top-tier customer service as always. I will definitely keep renting from them.
