  First, let me say the staff at this location was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the inventory and condition of the vehicles were extremely disappointing. I booked a reservation, and the only vehicle available was a very small bug-like car that was too small for my family. I requested an upgrade, but the upgraded vehicle had a hole in one tire, another tire looked badly worn, and on top of that, the car would not even start. There were no other vehicles available, so I ended up not being able to rent a car at all. It was a huge inconvenience. I reserved my spot for 8:00 AM, waited over an hour, and still left with nothing. Again, the staff was amazing and did the best they could, but the inventory and vehicle safety at this location were unacceptable.

  I always rent from Enterprise because the customer service is second to none. Even if I have an issue with my rental the customer service is so exceptional I have never gotten upset or frustrated, and I am always satisfied with my overall experience.

  I had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise. From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel welcomed right away. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my rental choice. One thing I really appreciated was their wide selection of vehicles. There were plenty of options to choose from, and the car I selected was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. It made my trip that much more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Enterprise if you’re looking for reliable service and a stress-free rental experience. I’ll definitely be renting from them again.

  Shout out to the manager and the staff at the Fayetteville Georgia enterprise. Great Customer Service they pick you up and drop you off! The cars were immaculate.

  I reserved a minivan for this past week, but received a call from Enterprise the day before my pickup informing me that no minivans would be available. I was told they would provide a 5-passenger vehicle large enough to accommodate four adults and one child. On the day of my reservation, I arrived early (3:30 PM for a 4:00 PM pickup) to allow time for any potential issues. The front desk representative was very polite and explained that no vehicles were currently available but asked me to wait while she checked on one. Shortly after, I was informed that a Bronco was being serviced and would be ready soon. I was offered the option to leave and return once it was ready, and told I would receive a call. By 5:30 PM, I had not received any update, so I called and was told the vehicle was arriving and to come in. Upon arrival, I still waited an additional 30–45 minutes. When the vehicle was finally brought out, it turned out to be a Bronco Sport, which did not have adequate space for my group. The back seat was extremely cramped and could not reasonably accommodate three passengers. When I requested an alternative, I was told no other vehicles were available. As a result, I was unable to use the rental and had to rely on my own small personal vehicle—which, ironically, offered more usable rear seating space. This was especially disappointing as I had a six-hour drive planned to visit my son before deployment. I communicated this to the staff, as I was relying on Enterprise to fulfill the reservation. Situations like this can have a significant impact when customers are depending on a confirmed booking. I do want to acknowledge the front desk representative for her professionalism and courteous demeanor. However, the overall experience fell far short of expectations.
