They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were taken care of and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Their outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly appreciated. I highly recommend Enterprise based on this excellent experience.

  The staff at this location is very friendly and professional, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, the condition of the rental vehicles leaves a lot to be desired. I drove away in my rental but turned around almost immediately because the tires were badly worn, and the vehicle made a loud wobbling noise while driving. I wasn't comfortable taking it on a 3½-hour trip, so I returned to exchange it. I've now been waiting for over an hour for a replacement. While I was waiting, another customer also returned to exchange their vehicle because it was wobbling as well. The staff has been courteous throughout the process, but the condition of the vehicles is concerning and needs to be addressed.

  We called Enterprise in Carrollton Ga on Tuesday wanting a 3/4 ton truck for Friday and Saturday. Gentlemen said they had one on the lot and we reserved it. Drove an hour to get there only to be told they don’t rent that size truck at their location The manager on duty already had another customer very dissatisfied because the car she requested wasn’t on the lot either. Cuss words were thrown around (not by us) and this location seemed as though they didn’t care one way or another about customer service. Someone called the truck rental location and we were told we could drive another hour and pick one up there. Right before we arrived at the truck location they called and said they had nothing to rent us. We drove on over and my husband went in and they professionally found us a truck. He was super nice and polite and after 4 hours we were on our way. The manager of the truck rental center in Fairburn GA called me Monday asking how our service went and I gave him the lowdown. Wonderful manager and discounts were given because of all the difficulties we had during the entire process. My advice for anyone renting thru Enterprise is to call the location before you walk out of your house to make sure what you reserve is on the lot. I’ll never walk into the Carrollton GA location again but the truck location is awesome.
