  I had to rent a mini van from this location. I went to several U-Hauls and found that they were all closed. I then went to Enterprise Rental and found it to be much less expensive than U-Haul. Representatives (Zack and Cameron) made my use of the services that Enterprise Rental offered, simple and quick. The return process was just as smooth.

  This Enterprise car rental place and Enterprise the whole company how to get their self together I reserved a car just for them to call and tell me that the car is dirty they'll call me when its clean they don't have enough staff to clean cars the last time I used this company when I had a accident in my personal vehicle they gave me a car that had cigarette Burns in it tried to call customer service they're closed they're not open till 7:00 Central Time it's just an all-around bad experience I think I'm going to use another place when I want to rent a car because I shouldn't have to be inconvenience every time I go to Enterprise

  This review is from my personal experience. The cars are tore up. Progressive approved a full size car for me while my Mercedez E300 get repaired from being rear ended by their insured while sitting still at a red light. Enterprise could not put me anything but a kia soul or somthing smaller. I was not having it. I called Progressive, the agent told the Enterprize agent according to their contract, saying if they did not have a full size car for me then they are responsible to place me in the next level car at Enterprise expense. I ended up going from the Woodlock location to the Douglasville fairburn road location. After having my rental for a week I needed to possibly exchange into another car. The customer service from a young man at this location was very nonchalant when I expressed that the vehicle I was currently in was making noise sounding like the car was in need of service. Instead of assisting me in getting into an equvalent vehicle he told me to call around myself. Most of the cars are tore up. Dents scratches and cigarette burns on the seats and seatbelt chime does not go off eventhough I have my seat belt on. I have never had such a terrible experience with a rental car dealer. I wonder if it was because it was an insurance claim. I will never deal with Enterprise rental of my own accord. Too much to tell but I will tell you this Progreesive is horrible also. They treated me like I was the one who caused the accident instead of their insured. Tracy the manager hung the phone up on me and was very unprofessional. If you have to deal with Progressive insurance or Enterprise, I feel sorry for you in advance. Shout out to the insurance adjuster Shaaconda who works for Progressive but her hands were tied by nasty Tracy her ignorant unprofessional supervisor.

  I had a wonderful experience on Thursday 4/30/26. Dominique provided quick, efficient, and hassle-free service—hands down the best customer care I’ve experienced at Enterprise. Another customer and I were both very impressed and pleased. Great job—I'll definitely be back for that level of service!

  Very good service. A wise choice when you DON'T wanna go fight that Atlanta Traffic. Getting to the Atlanta Airport 🛫 can be brutal sometimes. So getting a Rental car here was soothing. They also have Trucks & Vans.
