  Well, after my evening being interrupted due to Customer Service “not charging the correct amount” I was hit with a call from this location from a guy named Quay who couldn’t tell me the charges, but was an assistant branch manager. I called back and got Cameron who was super friendly the day I had to trade out my ant infested vehicle (from this location btw), but apparently my situation sent him into such a fury that when I gave him the same questions I’d given Quay, I was met with an argumentative and attitudinal response. I actually thought he’d be able to answer my questions considering he is also an assistant branch manager, but nope. Customer Service was blamed vehemently and I was told repeatedly to never call Customer Service for anything. I then asked well how will this situation be rectified because I’m the customer and I have nothing to do with your location nor customer service charging incorrect amounts, and he told me that there was no rectification besides paying over $200 today. I then asked to speak to his leadership concerning the matter and was told that he currently does not have any leadership. I find that hard to believe. Then he says he has an Area Manager that’s over the Branch manager and I said, “who Brandon?” Because Brandon Sewell has been on vacation according to employees at all 4 of his locations for the past 2.5 months. Lol totally possible, but they won’t even give you his contact info for matters that he has to resolve. So today my complaint is for not only this location, Cameron and his attitude, Quay and his confusion, Customer Service for “not doing their jobs correctly”, and Brandon for leaving his agents unattended, but for Enterprise as a whole. Please get on one accord so customer’s evenings are not interrupted by lack of information and degradation of fellow Enterprise employees from representatives that can’t even answer the questions about charges they’re bringing against them. Thank you 😊

  The new manager Kameron is top notch. He and the other gentleman were very attentive and helpful. Excellent experience with my car insurance reserves rental. Customer Service was top tier. Car selection is better than I thought. Smells good, clean, love the Dodge! Great experience, I’m very pleased.

  The only suggestion I have is that Enterprise ensure all vehicles are smoke-free for individuals with smoke allergies. The service you’ve provided in collaboration with Caliber Collision and USAA is exceptional. Your seamless teamwork is truly commendable.
