  I reserved a minivan a week or so before my pickup date. I completed the online check-in before the arrival date, which required payment. At arrival on Friday, 6/19, which I was late for, there were people waiting in the lobby that were noticeably frustrated. When I approached the counter, the attendant said he'd be right back--then proceeded to walk out the door. I asked one of the patrons how long they had been waiting, and she said for 3 hours because they didn't have her car. She mentioned they didn't have any help or cars and that she was told cars are being delivered as needed. Yet, she still didn't have a car. About 15 minutes later, another attendant came in. I gave her my confirmation, and she asked me if anyone had reached out to me the day before to tell me about the $300 deposit! I said no, but was willing to move forward with my reservation. She then told me my car was 5 mins away, which changed to 10 mins away, which changed to, "Well, it's not on the way, I have to pick it up, and there's just 2 of us working, and I have to pick up other cars before you, so I don't know how long you'll be waiting...." Omg! I canceled my reservation and decided to try Enterprise at the ATL Airport. Mistake again! They initially reserved a van, then said they weren't sure when I'd get it because of my previous experience at the aforementioned location, but someone would call me to let me know when my van is ready. It is Monday, and I have yet to get a call. Unfortunately, but fortunately, I drove my car to my destination and back. I will not rent from Enterprise anymore!

  Terrible! We made a reservation over a month ago on May 5th, we get there this morning to pick up our rental. The guy tells us there’s nothing available, no sympathy nor trying to make accommodations. Completely unacceptable. He tells us he “tried calling other places” instead of calling us ahead of time to simply let us know there is no availability. A waste of time and terrible customer service!!!!
