  Antonio at the Fairburn office was a pleasure to work with. He made sure a was a satisfied customer and had no issues. I definitely will be coming back to that Enterprise again! Thank you Antonio

  August 31, 2026, Enterprise Rental car on Fairburn Rd in Fairburn, GA contacted my emergency contact and told him that the rental that I was driving had been reported stolen. This was repeated multiple times during the day. When I spoke with the local store, I was told that they were waiting for a flock camera to hit the tag so that the police could pull the rental over. All of this over a delayed payment from USAA. Enterprise did not once contact USAA. Enterprise has a contract with USAA. For legal reasons I am not including the names of those involved. Because my daughter was harmed by this action, I will never rent or do business with this company ever again. USAA has a corporate contract with Enterprise so this should have never happened. It is dangerous to be a black woman with a young child driving a rental thats been reported stolen and have a large corporation reporting the car that is not stolen, stolen! The calls were recorded. No one from Enterprise has contacted me or took accountability for this incident. I recieved an email telling me that the agents are told to not tell renters that the vehicles are/have been or are being reported stolen. Renters beware! My daughter was so afraid, she had a panic attack. She was afraid the rental was stolen and that harm would come to us. No one at Enterprise apologized for what took place. No one should be afraid for their lives or scared that their going to be arrested over a miscommunication between the insurance company whom which Enterprise has an contract with. DON'T RENT FROM THE ENTERPRISE on FAIRBURN LOCATION!! This was the worst and most dangerous experience from an rental car company that I've ever experienced! I was not valued as a customer and Enterprise did not value my safety or my child's safety and well-being.This incident should've never happened especially since the rental was not stolen by me or anyone! This was a dangerous and harmful practice that needs to STOP!

  Well, after my evening being interrupted due to Customer Service “not charging the correct amount” I was hit with a call from this location from a guy named Quay who couldn’t tell me the charges, but was an assistant branch manager. I called back and got Cameron who was super friendly the day I had to trade out my ant infested vehicle (from this location btw), but apparently my situation sent him into such a fury that when I gave him the same questions I’d given Quay, I was met with an argumentative and attitudinal response. I actually thought he’d be able to answer my questions considering he is also an assistant branch manager, but nope. Customer Service was blamed vehemently and I was told repeatedly to never call Customer Service for anything. I then asked well how will this situation be rectified because I’m the customer and I have nothing to do with your location nor customer service charging incorrect amounts, and he told me that there was no rectification besides paying over $200 today. I then asked to speak to his leadership concerning the matter and was told that he currently does not have any leadership. I find that hard to believe. Then he says he has an Area Manager that’s over the Branch manager and I said, “who Brandon?” Because Brandon Sewell has been on vacation according to employees at all 4 of his locations for the past 2.5 months. Lol totally possible, but they won’t even give you his contact info for matters that he has to resolve. So today my complaint is for not only this location, Cameron and his attitude, Quay and his confusion, Customer Service for “not doing their jobs correctly”, and Brandon for leaving his agents unattended, but for Enterprise as a whole. Please get on one accord so customer’s evenings are not interrupted by lack of information and degradation of fellow Enterprise employees from representatives that can’t even answer the questions about charges they’re bringing against them. Thank you 😊
