- KMKeoni ManglonaMay 7, 20265.0Had a nail caught in one of my tires and drove to the Evans office 45 minutes before closing. Russell greeted us and took excellent care of us regardless of the shop closing soon. I will definitely visit the shop again to work with Russell.

- G1Gary Swisstack ICE 1Apr 22, 20261.0My wife’s car had 60K miles but had not been driven in months. We took it out for a joy ride and she received a low tire pressure alarm. She dropped it at Mavis to do a courtesy check of the tires and they told her she needed a $800 brake job because of the metal on metal condition of the brakes. The night before on our joy ride, they was no noise from the brakes, no pulling or rough stops, and no other indication that the 60K miles had worn her brakes to be metal on metal. Before Mavis took over, I trusted these guys. NEVER EVER again. I would not take my son’s Tonka truck there for fear of an unnecessary $800 brake job due to metal on metal contact. Shame on these con men taking advantage of a woman like this. BEWARE.

The explanation given was that “corporate” did not know what my situation called for (extra valve replacements). When I arrived at the store, person in front of me was upset about the same issue but I foolishly did not think it’d happen to me. A quote is a quote. My advice is to avoid this place.
