  Great experience for tires most recently needing rotation and balance - and back brakes and rotors. Have bought my tires from NTB / Mavis and done business with them for years. Terry is a great manager, easy to discuss issues with, kind and knowledgeable too. - Quick, easy and convenient. Frank is great too, helpful and knowledgeable! Will continue doing business with them.

  Mavis SAVED my family road trip! When every other mechanic in town let us down, they pulled through! Extremely friendly staff, fast service, budget friendly! 10/10 would recommend. The place across the street was going to take over 3 hours waiting in person or a 6 hour wait for an appointment, the day we were set to leave and needed a flat repair, will def look for them anytime we’re on the road!

  I went to Mavis Tires in Evans for a wheel alignment after purchasing tires elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised by how much more affordable they were compared to other places I checked, and they were able to fit me in the same day without an appointment. Mr. Dwight took the time to check my alignment and even showed me the printout, which confirmed that my vehicle didn't need one at this time. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism instead of trying to sell me a service I didn't need. I'll definitely be doing business with Mavis Tires in Evans again. Big up to Mr. Dwight for the excellent customer service! Highly recommend.

  Be warned if you bring a safety issue to this location. I brought my truck here for an inspection regarding severe tire vibration and premature tire wear. The staff did a quick parking lot check, and the dry rot was so blatant that the technician wrote 'All 4 tires dryrotting' right on my invoice. Instead of replacing the dangerous, defective rubber on a heavy truck or finishing the alignment, the store manager and Regional Manager Cody used this inspection to stall. Cody told me the store manager would contact me with corporate's decision, and instead, I have been completely ghosted for two weeks. When I called Corporate to resolve the safety hazard their own Evans shop documented, they hung up on me. > This location confirmed on paper that my vehicle is unsafe to drive, but chose to participate in a corporate cover-up and runaround rather than fixing a critical safety liability. Avoid this shop if you value honest service and vehicle safety." UPDATE 6/25/2026: Still zero resolution. I originally bought these tires at the Thomson location, where they failed to properly balance them in the first place and then flat-out lied to me about why they didn’t do the job. Now, Mavis corporate (Claim #693940) has reopened my case because their Evans location explicitly documented on my invoice that all 4 tires sold to me are dry-rotting. Despite acknowledging this severe safety hazard, corporate has gone completely silent and refuses to provide a resolution timeline. They are actively forcing a customer to drive on a documented safety liability every single day because of their defective product, dishonest service, and corporate delays. A formal complaint is being filed with the Georgia Attorney General’s Division. Buyer beware—this company does not stand behind their products or customer safety REVIEW UPDATE: UPDATE (July 2026): Do not let any corporate responses to these reviews fool you. Dealing with Dennis, the Head of the Warranty Department, was an absolute nightmare. He was extremely rude, condescending, and acted like he was doing me a favor while handling a legitimate safety issue. By law, they were supposed to refund me the full original purchase price of the defective, dry-rotted tires they sold me. Dennis completely refused to issue the full refund. By shortchanging me on what I was legally owed, he forced me to pay $800 out of pocket for my new Toyo tires instead of the $600 it should have been. To make matters worse, Dennis flat-out refused to include the front-end alignment with the service. Not that I would actually trust this shop to touch my front end at this point anyway, but refusing to align a brand-new set of tires on a warranty claim is pure corporate cheapness. To top off Dennis's terrible attitude, the actual work at the Evans location was highly suspicious. I explicitly asked them to set the cold tire pressure to my truck's factory-specified 39 PSI. Instead, I drove off the lot, checked my TPMS dash screen, and found them completely mismatched at 34, 34, 35, and 34 PSI. Worse yet, they didn't just fail to check my actual odometer—they went out of their way to copy down the outdated mileage from my original receipt onto the new invoice. I firmly believe this was done intentionally to screw over my new manufacturer warranty by making it look like the tires have been on the truck longer than they actually have. I had to take timestamped photos of my own dash in their parking lot just to protect myself. Mavis will treat you like garbage, Dennis will talk down to you, corporate will illegally shortchange your refund to force you hundreds out of pocket, and the local shop will actively try to compromise your paperwork. Stay far away from this place.
