  Edit 5/19: the manager RC called and reached out to me to figure out the issues we had and to try to make it right. He reassured us it wouldn’t happen again and the disrespect for our stuff wasn’t tolerated. It speaks volumes for a company to personally reach out and to try to right the wrongs that happened especially when most places would see this review and accept a loss or leave an automated “we’re sorry please reach out to us”. The conversation was great and I have no problem using this shop for future preference. They seem to actually care about the customer and fixing mistakes! 😁 thanks! I was in a minor car accident and the other persons insurance recommended this place. Since I wasn’t paying I figured sure why not so if they were good we could use them for future repairs if needed. First, when I picked up the car the gas tank was on empty and I know I didn’t drop it off under a quarter of a tank then I calculated to discover 20 miles had been put on it while it was being repaired which was not necessary considering the work that was done. Someone took all of the contents in the trunk and threw them all over the back seat of the car and left the driver seat all the way back and all the way down. They also left a box with the old wheel in the trunk???? But kept all the other broken parts from the wreck?? There was also a rank smell of body odor all throughout the car and we even have an air freshener in it. It was like someone had been driving the car around for a couple days (it was sitting for 4 days with no updates given after already having been there for two weeks). We get it it’s a nice car but could you guys at least not trash it and have the decency to leave the car with as much gas as we left in it???? The car isn’t even completely done yet they are still waiting on another piece after it’s been there for two weeks. Once this is over and they fix the last piece I highly doubt we’ll be back again.

  Wonderful experience at this business. They kept me updated on the repairs, returned my car cleaner than it was at drop-off, and even returned my rental for me.

  I took my vehicle in on Wednesday for some minor damages on front bumper and got it back on Friday. They did a fantastic job on both customer service and vehicle repair!
