  Rod has been taking care of my vehicles for years, whether it's an oil change, tire replacement, or a routine balance and rotation. Most recently, I came in with a nail in my tire. Unfortunately, it couldn't be repaired, but Rod went above and beyond to help me find a great price on a new tire. What I appreciate most is that he always takes a few extra minutes to explain what he's doing and why. I never feel rushed, and I leave with a better understanding of my vehicle. His knowledge, honesty, and willingness to educate his customers have earned my trust over the years. It's hard to find people who consistently provide this level of customer service. I'm grateful for Rod's expertise and the peace of mind that comes from knowing my car is in good hands. Thank you for always getting me safely back on the road!

  I went in to have an oil change only to leave with a nail in the side wall of my tire. I was charged more than quoted. After the service the tech told me of several things that needed to be done. Tire rotation …etc he was definitely wanting to up charge. He was not happy when I questioned the initial charge. He then stooped down beside my tire on the drivers side. When I got down the road the tire sensor came on. I immediately knew what happened. I will never go back to express oil change. I am here at another service center getting a new tire. Beware

  I dropped my daughters car off to have the spark plugs changed. They charged me over $300 for the spark plugs snd over $350 to replace them. Totally rediculous . I will be calling the corporate office. I can buy the plugs all day long for under $90. They were asked to save the old parts and did not.
