- JJJonathan1 day ago5.0First time at this shop and from the beginning of my visit to the end. Perfect. Great energy, very knowledgeable and just was like being with family. Devlin was taking care of me, enjoyed our conversation and getting to know him. There were two other gentlemen that spoke to me as well. You can tell they just enjoyed their craftsmanship and helping you out. Plus to be that wonderful on a day that is above a hundred degrees was exceptional! He could only get there a few minutes before closing but he said the whole team was looking at the car to find the issue. Nothing was wrong with the service they did at the previous oil change and all their findings pointed to a valve leakage that the dealership would need to address. They topped off the oil to get us through until we had the full problem diagnosed. My husband rarely talks about good customer service but he talks highly of this express oil change and has been taking all our trucks and cars here for 8+ years. Highly recommend.

Accidents happen, humans make mistakes, at least own up to it and fix it. They acted like I was the one that damaged my car. Why would I cause 100’s of dollars of damage to a vehicle and pay to tow it back? What sense does that make? Then they straight up ignore me when I drop the car off. This place sucks. USE A REPUTABLE SHOP WITH ACTUAL TECHNICIANS!
