  We had appointment and after an hour drive when we got there they said can you leave it here for a few days. Meanwhile we had called beforehand to asked a question and we're never told about this. Also, we asked if the potential problem would be covered on the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car and they said we can't tell you until we check the car and find out the problem. We have to then call the company the warranty is through and find out. I understand, but should be able to look up or call and say if this is the issue is it covered because we will be charged $350 for the diagnostics before even knowing if covered. Since we were not told about needing to leave the car we did not bring another car with us, so being an hour away we had to reschedule. They should have been able to tell us that was a possibility when we had talked to someone on the phone previously. Hopefully, after appointment will be able to leave a better rating.

  Service sure has changed since I was last there so I'm degrading the service. Multiple people standing out front asking what I needed help with and no I wasn't there to upgrade my car which was probably disappointing. The minor problem I had was taken care of but being told I would need a part before the problem was looked at was another story. Simple fix just that I wasn't going to mess up my car doing it myself. Leaving out I had to wonder if the employees were mumbling to themselves. Sorry I was an inconvenience but there was an over abundance of employees standing around and yea I have been to this dealership multiple times and spent a lot of money here so I do know my way around without being treated stupid. Honestly what has happened to the friendly atmosphere I once knew?? One more note... the cleaning of the entire system which wasn't cheap hasn't made my car run any different. It seemed to give it a little more life very temporarily and a complete waste of money and I know that talkers are in it for the sales but won't be fooled twice.

  Google likes to tell me that my reviews are popular, that I should post more reviews, and that people like my reviews. I'm not so sure on that, but, well, here's another review about a... car dealership. More specifically about a car dealership that I went out of my way to shop at this year. Several years ago I was out looking at the, then new to the US Market, 2021 Kia Seltos models, and I wound up buying from Kia Evans. Flash forward a few years later and the new 2027 Kia Seltos models started shipping. I had already been messing about with the Kia.com Configurator so I knew what I was looking for. I didn't go to any other Kia Dealerships. I didn't shop around online. I printed out what I was looking for from the Kia Configurator, rolled up, and excepting a trailer hitch (which isn't available yet?) what I was looking for was sitting inside their showroom. A wild theorist might posit that since I bought my previous Seltos from this dealership, the dealership was using the online configurator to determine what models to order for inventory display, but that's just... crazy... right? Actually if was in marketing that would be an excellent use of cookie data, so maybe? Anyways, the fact that I went back to the dealership where I bought my first Seltos probably answers the question most consumers reading the reviews want to know. Would I do business with Kia Evans again? Yes. Even if performing that business meant driving hours across multiple states? Yes. Would I trust Kia Evans to service my vehicle and give me accurate information on my vehicle? Yes. If you are looking for a new or used car should you consider Evans Kia even if it's a 2hour+ drive? Yes. You should. Are you taking shots at the dealers in Columbia, Atlanta, and Savannah? Yes. Yes I am. Bad experiences with those dealers? This is a review about Kia Evans, not about a dealer that treated me or people I know in a manner that would prevent a future recommendation. Is there any particular sales person we should talk to? I'd personally suggest Sylvester Perry. Well, there you go Google. A review. Hope this helps somebody.

  Both Evans kia and Stokes hodges kia can not be trusted. I will give you conclusive and tangible evidence why you cannot trust thier service department. I believe in giving people a second chance so when I first took my kia telluride to stokes hodges kia for a oil change I never thought that they would use scare tactics to make me dish out money for services that I absolutely didn't need. They told me I needed new brakes and rotors along with several other services that was diagnosed by other reputable third-party companies to be not needed or non- existing problems. I decided to give stokes hodges kia a second chance thinking that they would redeem themselves by being honest and fair. I called in to their service department and asked how much they would charge for a spark plugs replacement. I was given 3 different quotes by 3 different service reps. The first two quotes were $399, the final quotes was $740.00 which was marked down to $640 with taxes included to match a third-party company price. I dropped my vehicle off and later received a call from Brian one of the serviceman informing me that one of my ignition coils had broken and that my revised charge would be $968.00 Now mind you i was told that the ignition coil would cost an additional $177.000 plus a $29.00 labor charge. Stick with me it gets worse I called in to thier sister Dealership in Evans to price the ignition coil only to find out that the same coil was only $116.00. I will upload a photo shot of my bill. You do the math. Secondly I received an email requesting a survey. After I sent in my survey I was notified by Brian and was told that because of my survey he would not get paid for the service to my car because Idid not give him a 10 ratings. He informed me that it was preferred by the dealership that when taking the survey you give them 10 across the board and then call the dealership to have your issues resolved. So that means if I have a problem at the kia dealership im supposed to lie to the general public and tell them to rush on over there because stokes hodges kia's integrity is unquestionable. It gets more pathetic, I wrote the manager and recieved an offer to drive my vehicle to Evans kia and have them check my rear drive coupling system which I was told by Brian was another pending problem. I made an appointment to Evans now mind you this was just after I had my spark plugs changed by stokes hodges kia and they informed me that I didn't have a problem but suggested I get my spark plugs replaced fir the crazy price of $980.00 Check out the documents I've uploaded. Now ask yourself do you want to be the next victim.

  The place is as fake as they come. I was told all these lies how I was approved calm down come get your car total bullshit I offered to put down $4000 and they want to eat the shit about they don’t run your social fake I have no credit nothing on my social and I couldn’t get financing so they do run your social. This is the second time I went to this place given them the benefit of the doubt, total fake, not again don’t fall for it. The commercials on the radio are fake lies stay away. They wanna explain or answer to my posting no matter what they have to say doesn’t change the fact that their ads on the radio of fake they do run your social, but the radio says they don’t they you don’t need to have a social but you do cause they run it and you ain’t getting a car if you don’t have perfect credit and these days who has perfect credit their loss, not mine .
