  I just have to share how I just had the best customer service experience with David!! I had a slight hiccup with my reservation but his kindness, professionalism and patience made the process so much better. I watched him get swamped with customers picking up cars but his kindness and patience remained the same. Thank you David!

  I reserved a car days before I came to pick it up today. I'm here now. I got here on time to pick up my car. The customer service person just came to tell me they sent someone to the airport to pick up my car. They sent them to pick it up when I got here. That is RIDICULOUS! Now, I'm behind my Timeline because of Enterprise's inactivity in not getting the cars they had reserved for that day ahead of time. However, if it hadn't been for Justice, we would've been super late getting to our destination this evening.

  Renting a car in Augusta during Masters week is its own kind of challenge. Every agency in the area is slammed, inventory is thin, and if your reservation does not match what you actually need, you are largely out of luck. I showed up at the Enterprise location on Washington Road in Evans, right next to Cushman Paint and Body, needing a vehicle big enough to carry four people comfortably on a long drive to Orlando. What I had reserved was not going to make that trip easy. That is where David Eggenberger and Kim Eagle changed everything. Instead of shrugging and handing me the keys to what was available, they went to work. During one of the hardest rental weeks of the year in this market, they tracked down a larger SUV that fit our group properly and got us squared away without making us feel like we were asking for something unreasonable. That takes real effort and the kind of customer focus that does not show up automatically. They brought it on their own. The vehicle was clean, solid, and performed well across the full 983 miles we put on it. Pickup was smooth, return was painless, and nothing about the experience felt complicated. David and Kim deserve recognition at whatever level Enterprise gives it. They turned a potentially frustrating situation into a non-issue, and that is exactly what a good rental experience should feel like. We will be back to this location specifically because of them.
