    I visited the store a week ago and thay were highly disrespectful to most people and when thay say the truck is arriving its not and don't expect them to call you when it dose thay either do have the part and its more expensive or thay have to order it and that can take forever best yet ask one of them to replace ur head light or tail light or battery most of them wont I've met people that work with tools and parts and alot of them will tell u O'Reilly in ellijay is best then its advanced ato unfortunately its this place is next then Napa ato parts just bc thay don't ever have the part u need but if so this place would be last... I recommend never going i would even go to the next town

    Went in there, wanting to fix my low beam light and they said they couldn’t fix it because apparently I had to take a mechanic to get the whole light out. But went to O’Reillys and they even fixed my lightbulb quick and easily. horrible customer service.

    I went in there on May 13th And I was looking up my own parts from my own vehicle because everybody else was busy and the manager was in the bathroom forever.. They had other customers complaining about waiting so I was looking at my own parts as I was doing so the manager comes around the corner and says that they have to look it up for me All of this was on the computer that is easy accessible and every other customer goes to to look at their own parts So for some reason that manager decided to point me out and say I have to look up the parts for you When I try to ask him why is that because every other customer can look up their own parts He told me either he can look it up or I can get out and he's calling the cops And I tried to ask him why is he acting like that and he did not want to answer me and got on the phone Very very rude and not great customer service All of the other employees were just looking away as if he was disrespecting me which he was Very rude and I will not only make a complaint here I will take this higher up Never go here
