  I went in there on May 13th And I was looking up my own parts from my own vehicle because everybody else was busy and the manager was in the bathroom forever.. They had other customers complaining about waiting so I was looking at my own parts as I was doing so the manager comes around the corner and says that they have to look it up for me All of this was on the computer that is easy accessible and every other customer goes to to look at their own parts So for some reason that manager decided to point me out and say I have to look up the parts for you When I try to ask him why is that because every other customer can look up their own parts He told me either he can look it up or I can get out and he's calling the cops And I tried to ask him why is he acting like that and he did not want to answer me and got on the phone Very very rude and not great customer service All of the other employees were just looking away as if he was disrespecting me which he was Very rude and I will not only make a complaint here I will take this higher up Never go here

  Love the people here but if you have to order and its coming from there hub good luck the last hub run of the day is consistently late i run a mobile repair where customers of mine rely on me to get the parts they need I love there parts when I can get them thinking I might just have to start using there competition since they have no want to fix this problem

  My husband is a mobile mechanic and spends thousands of dollars at this AutoZone, but today he waited there all day for a part he had already purchased for a customer, and the staff was extremely rude the entire time. They acted like helping him was an inconvenience and kept brushing him off instead of giving clear answers about when the part would arrive or offering any real customer service. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. We won’t be coming back.

  I started a mobile mechanic business and told them I'd recommend and use you all for all my parts. I like the warranty they have and the options they offer. Some of the workers are better than others, but I came in there around 12 p.m. for an alternator for a customer. They told me it would be in around 4:30/5:30. I called at 4:50 to ask, and they said no, telling me it looks like it would be in at 5:30. I said, "Okay, sounds good." I came in at 5:30, and they told me they didn't have it. Then a girl came and said, "I don't know who told you these times, but those are just estimates of when it might be here." She also said, "We will call you." I left there, went to my house, and two hours went by with no call. So I called, and they said they had it. So they don't actually call. I came in, and a different lady said, "He's been waiting all day for that." "Yes, of course, I have. This is my job, and when you give me wrong times and don't call, I'm going to bother you all." Not at any time did I get a "sorry," just a "yup, our truck was running behind." For a customer to be treated like that, I don't understand, but I recommend and buy thousands of dollars of parts from you all. And to not even get a sorry for messing up my day and having it so I couldn't book a different job because you all just estimate and don't call when parts are in, even though you all say you do and get annoyed, I'm just trying to get my part and move on with my day. It is your job to get parts for people, not act as if it is a chore. It is crazy and not even an apology or something to make it right. Will be using O'Reilly and Advanced Auto. Will not be recommending after something like that. I want my customers to be treated with respect and kindness and not be stressed or not feel belittled, and I don't feel they would be treated with any of those at Autozone based on how i was treated today.

  Thank you to all the employees today (March 13th) at AutoZone Ellijay, especially Ethan! They were so helpful, answered questions and went above & beyond! I very much appreciate them!
