  Im not one to leave reviews, specially bad ones. I paid to reserve a spot at this location and they told me it doesn't matter. You can't reserve it even though it let's you on their app. They let anyone else park in your reserved spot and charged them for it again. Then they tell you they can't help you get refund.

  Drove here this morning to get a cup of coffee and cigarettes the boy behind the counter was insulting. He refused to get my product before I showed him my ID which I refused because you haven’t gotten the product . You do not need to see my ID until you scan the cigarettes then it will ask for the ID . I buy at racetrack the same thing everyday for years. These kids you hire are immature and lazy they don’t want to do anything. Some will make you use check out only counter . I’m sick of racetrack employees one being you have signs posted saying under 40 card yet they card you knowing full well your over 40 which I don’t have a problem showing my id make sure I bring it in with me every single time but I’m not showing you anything until you scan my product and that is my right. I told him to keep the cigarettes and the coffee and drove over to the one in forest Park to get what I needed hassle free. This is why I stick to certain RaceTrack because the customer service is way better at some. I will continue to go to Lithia Springs , Douglasville and Forest Park or Camp Creek. I do ride share and I am all over Ga so I know that this young man was being arrogant and rude because he had to stop what he was doing to get the cigarettes. I will never come back to this location even if I’m in the area I will log off my app and drive the miles to another location before I accept this type of behavior from anyone! Racetrack you need to do better and train your employees better customers like consistency such as me driving to the other store asking for the same thing getting the product scanning the product and then giving my ID over to that young man and going on with my day! I know racetrack doesn’t do anything with complaints so I will leave a review every single time I feel disrespected!

  Love the coffee, frozen drinks, and pizza, and I like it that's it clean inside and in the restrooms.

  There's a couple girls who work the. Register at night . Very mean very rude . Off the jump they have attitude . I wouldn't have to come inside if the pump will just give Receipt. Bathrooms could use a little bit touching up

  I enjoy the consistency that I find at the Race Track establishments. There are some reviews that actually give this place a low rating but I don’t know why. I spent three days in the area and consistently visiting this location…I’ll share my experience. As I pulled into the parking lot there was plenty of space to maneuver and a good amount of parking spots. As you all know parking is limited in the area so finding a spot just takes a little time but I found one in about 10 minutes. The lot was clean, store was nice and as I entered I was greeted with a warm and friendly “welcome” from Selsa the happiest clerk in town! The manager named “Freedom” was friendly, professional, patient and polite. He went above and beyond to help me out with understanding the parking policy and pay. The store was fully stocked, an amazing amount of coffee and drink choices and the hot food station was constantly being restocked and attended to. Thank you all for a very nice experience!
