- DWDamara WaltersAug 20, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the service at this RaceTrac. The staff has been very unprofessional, rude, and, at times, does not seem knowledgeable about their job or how to properly assist customers. The diesel pumps are constantly broken, which is already frustrating for truck drivers. What makes it worse is that there is often no sign or notice posted to let customers know a pump is out of service. You can end up running your card, having money taken from your account, and then discovering that the pump does not work. Even more frustrating, I have experienced getting the money refunded can take up to two weeks. That is unacceptable when the problem is with the equipment at the store and not the customer. RaceTrac needs to do a better job maintaining its diesel pumps, clearly marking pumps that are out of service, and training employees to treat customers professionally and handle these situations properly. Truck drivers depend on these fuel stations to keep their businesses moving, and this level of service is simply not acceptable.
