  Okay, I bought two new tires and had a front end alignment done at Mavis In Dekalb. My complaint is, the tires went bald in the inside two months later. I came back to Mavis a little upset, but I went to the AnvilBlock Rd., Ellenwood location. Upon entering the door, I was greeted by Janiicia. OK, she brought new meaning to what Customer service truly should be! I told her my story, she listened carefully and took care of me. Dominic, after doing inspection of the tires advised me I needed inner tire rods, which I feel should have been notice when I got the front end alignment the first time. Dominic wasted no time ordering the parts I needed and told me he was going to take care of me… which just put me at ease! The only thing I can say about the Ellenwood location, these guys are the bomb.com!!! You can forget about me going to discount tires!! Thank you guys!!

  The team members were very friendly. I called in advance to schedule an appointment and was told I could come in sooner than my appointment time! They got me in and out in a timely manner and are very affordable. Great deals and holiday sales!

  At the New MAVIS location in Ellenwood. The staff ate polite, they ate patient with answering questions and explaining everything. I came for brake pads only. They advised I needed the rotors as well. They took me to visually see the issue. I appreciate the support over the phone, in person and during the service. Thank you Terrance!! 😊

  Came in for a tire repair and ended up needing a full replacement, but the team at Mavis made the experience completely painless. Instead of just telling me I needed a new tire, they actually walked me out to my tire and showed me exactly why a patch wouldn’t work. That kind of transparency goes a long way. Great service, honest staff; I’ll definitely be back.

  I can in with a bouncy tire, and trying to buy a used one to get back home. The manager told me he couldn’t allow me to waste money like that, and worked a deal for me a new tire to get me back on the road. I am forever grateful for the service that was provided to me at this location. They had me back on the road in an hour. Thanks again for the professionalism and kindness shown to me in my time of need.
