  This place has horrible customer service. Even if you drop your car off for repairs they still can’t do it in a timely manner. They have 1000 excuses on why they can’t do something the service advisors and technicians are very incompetent. Don’t waste your time coming here. Your better off somewhere else

  The tires were great but the person Tuffy that they have working at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional towards women. I was treated so nasty by her but the moment a man I guess she found attractive came in she's flirting and laughing giving the best customer service I will never return the this location because of her.

  Great experience at Mavis Tires! I got my tires changed and the service was quick and efficient. Everyone was friendly, and I was in and out without a long wait. I’ll definitely be back!

  I just left Mavis Tires & Brakes and I must say that their service is superb. The facility is extremely clean from the parking lot, to the waiting area. The bathrooms were clean and the shop space was clean and clear of clutter and debris. It doesn’t look like a place where cars come to die, which is always a good sign. We were greeted warmly upon entering the shop. Terrance, the service manager, listened intently to my explanation of what I thought was going on with my vehicle. Within a few minutes of inspecting my vehicle Terrance came back with a solid plan of action which was inline with what we anticipated. The pricing was phenomenal and much less than I had anticipated. The dealership was literally trying to rob me but Mavis came through with reasonable and affordable pricing. I had several things done to the vehicle which took a few hours but it was fast and a proper repair. Their technicians work. They aren’t standing around talking or wasting your time. They get your car up and they are on it, without stopping. I had struts replaced bilaterally, sway bar replaced and an alignment. Check out was also a breeze. Janicia provided wonderful customer service and made sure that our discussed pricing was in order. In fact it was actually less than what we discussed which is always a pleasant surprise. I am extremely thrilled to have found Mavis and will be going back for all of my future tire and suspension needs. They are hands down the best shop I have ever been to. Also, the store manager dropped in and you can tell that their entire team is supported by management. He runs a tight ship. It looks like respect runs both ways there. The synergy was great. This is important to me because happy employees are happy to do their best job on our vehicles. You will not be disappointed if you take your vehicle there. 10 out of 10 I would most definitely recommend!!!
