- SBsharika brackenMay 11, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this location for years. Usually, the employees are very pleasant. Today, I was greeted by a very rude employee. Normally, someone will come out, greet you, and ask what service you like. No one came out, so I pulled in a little. As I was pulling in an employee came out with a nasty attitude saying you stay out here until someone gets you because if you go into the pit, it’s on you, etc etc etc. Mind you there is no sign outside of the garage advising you as such. The message wasn’t the problem, it was the rudeness in his tone while speaking to a female. I did explain to him as an insurance adjuster, with no signs up, the company would be liable.

When He finished & said that will be $146.?? I said, "WHAT?" I questioned him & he started saying what other charges were on there. He went back & did something on the computer & he took off something AND gave me a $10. discount. Supposedly I needed a special oil filter, $15.00, I went over by 1/2 quart of oil for $6.99. Oh, shop supplies were $4.99 plus the $109.99 plus tax was now $133.53. I mean, he should have said I needed a special oil filter & my car would go over the 5 quarts & they had BS shop charges. I would have been informed & not surprised. I started off by saying I could only afford the $109.99. I had some emergency money in my account that covered the BS charges, but would if I didnt? Hmmmm???? WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
