  I always come here for my oil changes and sometimes other mechanical needs. Tyler has always given great customer service and has me in and out of there timely. I can now also add Dylan to that list of great customer service.

  They replaced shifter grommet they could give me the part they replaced. I tow my car to their shop because it couldn’t starts. I was surprised that it started when it got to the shop. Instead of them to let me took the car a way they told me it was the shifter grommet, I bought it and told them to give me the old one, they told me it was completely broken. Even the piece they could not give it to me. I will never go there again

  I want to get a huge special. Thank you to Dylan and Tyler the two assistant managers up there without those two guys I seriously do not know where the business will be as far as customer service satisfaction and making sure that the job is done right there knowledgeable guys want to come down to Car’s guys have over 10 years of experience and they’re very smart. Any questions that you have them guys can answer it with a honest and accurate answer. That makes sense to anything when it comes down to Car’s. Very thankful to have these guys service my car every time I come here so happy to see them every time I pull up I asked for one or the other all the guys are a very good I love the whole crew, but when it comes down to someone on my car I want either Dylan or Tyler. I love the way that they work and I love the way that they handle business. If you’re new to the area and you’re looking for somewhere to go for the next couple years to take care of your car, make sure that everything is done the right way a place that you can choose a place as honest a place that has good prices. I recommend come seeing Dylan or Tyler at 234 Fairview Rd. in Ellenwood, Georgia and I promise you you won’t be let down. These guys will get you good

  I just wish the guy who pour the fluids in would be more careful. Fluids splashed in multiple places, on and outside of the engine compartment. He said it was a long day, but it is no excuse for messy work, that one has to pay for. I do wish however, that whatever was beating his day down, will get better for him.

  This is a great Grease Monkey location. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. This is the only location we get our oil changes.
