  This place has such a sketchy vibe. Im pretty sure they're scammers. The manager had an attitude for no real reason. He said my oil change would be "around $90 something". He then asked if I was okay with that, as if he knew he was overpricing me. I needed one bad so I said yeah. When I went to pay, he said it was $108. I told him I had a coupon for this specific location for 15% off. Without even looking at it, he just said "then it's 90 something". He also didn't give me a replacement sticker to put on my windshield. My local grease monkey charges $65 for a full service oil change. They just make up prices here.

  Richard did not fix my vehicle properly and sent me on my way. And every since then I have had problems. Im not sure what his problem is and he has a very poor attitude when dealing with customers. He worked on an infinity and stripped transmission plug and put something else in there and didn't tell me. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION AT ALL. DO NOT ALLOW RICHARD( THE SPANISH LOOKING GUY)TO TOUCH YOUR CAR. you will have more problems then you can with.

  I visited Grease Monkey on Saturday and was initially satisfied with the service I received. However, my experience changed when I witnessed the manager, Casper, call the police on an individual who was sitting outside and did not appear to be on the business’s property. From what I observed, the individual was not causing any disturbance or bothering anyone. Despite this, there were discussions about having him criminally trespassed, which seemed unnecessary based on the situation I witnessed. The interaction felt unfair, and I was uncomfortable watching it unfold. What concerned me even more was hearing statements made to the police claiming that the individual had threatened the manager. I regularly see this person sitting in the same area, and I have never observed him causing problems or threatening anyone. This situation left me with a negative impression of the business and its management. I believe Grease Monkey should review how situations like this are handled, as it is not the type of environment or behavior I expect to encounter as a customer. IT FEELS REALLY RACIST And yall not responding to this but yall did everyone else’s

  Went to Grease monkey for an emission test and was taken care of by Paul. Great customer service for my test and kept me entertained. I left laughing and felt the need to give him a glowing recommendation.

  I went here to get my emissions test, and the service was fast, efficient, and affordable. Casper was the one who assisted me and he was professional, thorough and quick. 5 stars!
