- OCOctama CastorMay 8, 20261.0Fix the Vacuum. So, I needed to clean the interior of my car and while I was getting gas at this RaceTrac station i saw the VAC/Air machine. No Out of Order sign, I assume all was working fine. It wasn't until after l paid using my creditcard, I found out the vacuum is broken becauseit would not evenmake a sound. Fix the machine or affix an Out of Order sign to alert and prevent people from wasting their money. That's the right thing to do.

The coffee area is usually not stocked properly with creamers or whipped cream, and the fountain drink area is almost always messy with drinks on the floor or cups running low. Also, customer service could definitely improve. There’s a tall light-skinned girl with glasses who always seems to act differently toward certain customers. I’ve noticed multiple times that when young women come in, she gives weird looks or switches up her attitude around the store. The short brown-skinned girl at the register also plays around too much while working and tries to rush customers instead of actually listening to what they’re saying. I just feel like customers should be treated with more professionalism and respect.
