  I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Mavis Tire in Ellijay! I dropped my truck off on my lunch break and when I went to pick it up, there was no charge due to the easy fix! I’ll be back next week for an oil change! Thank you so much for helping me out!

  I had another great experience at Mavis today thanks to Austin. I got home from the car wash and noticed a screw in one of my tires. I headed straight to Mavis, and Austin greeted me as soon as I walked in. He let me know they could get me in, estimated about a 45-minute wait, so I grabbed some lunch and came back. Right on schedule, my tire was repaired, and he even showed me the screw they had removed before sending me on my way. This isn’t the first time Austin has helped me, either. He also took care of me when I had my brakes done, and both experiences have been excellent. He’s always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If I have questions about tires or other products, he takes the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. It’s hard to find people who consistently provide great customer service, and Austin is one of them. He’s a real asset to Mavis, and I genuinely appreciate the way he treats his customers. I’ll definitely keep coming back, and I hope Mavis knows what a great employee they have.

  Austin and Mike were amazing. They took such great care of me. Getting a flat was just the icing on the cake of a bad day so having them be so kind definitely was a blessing. For anyone with tire issues in Eljay go here and ask for them. If everyone would be as kind as them the world would be a better place!

  I came in with a tire that had lost 20 psi. I had reinflated it with sealer. I have manufacturer's tire and wheel insurance. Mike had the tire taken off to be checked. Found a screw in the tire. Removed it and fixed the tire. No charge! No paper work! Just 'have a nice day'. A wonderful end to a flat tire experience.

  We had a tire go out due to a nail so I called around to many tire shops and Mavis in Ellijay was the most helpful and offered the best price for my tire. I only needed one tire and they offered a discounted price. My husband was in and out their door in less than 30 minutes after arriving. Fast and friendly service. I would highly recommend this location and staff for your business!
