The booking process and facility were great, but my experience with the Enterprise representative at this location in East Ellijay was appalling. As a first-time renter, I was surprised by an unexpected $300 deposit at pickup. When I asked for a few minutes to arrange the funds, the representative treated me with open contempt. He lectured me patronizingly, interrupted me while I was on the phone, and literally drove away while I was mid-sentence answering his demand for an update. I was so humiliated by his condescending attitude that I walked out without the car. Terrible customer service, I expected much better from Enterprise.

The Enterprise car rental location in Ellijay Georgia is an excellent place to rent cars. The attendant that assisted me for checkout and check-in was very professional and did an excellent job.

Great customer service! I amended my reservation for return on a Saturday after originally making a reservation that would conclude on a Monday. I amended my reservation through corporate's hotline. While corporate amended the reservation for return on a Saturday, it turns out that the Enterprise location that I rented the vehicle from is closed on Saturday. Initially, my refund was processed for a return on Monday despite being returned on Saturday. Zach and Greg at this Enterprise location worked with me to ensure that my return - and refund - was processed as if I had returned the vehicle Saturday. Where corporate passed the buck - Zach and Greg worked hard to ensure that my refund reflected my actual return date. I am very satisfied with their customer service and extremely appreciative of them working with me. Corporate is lucky to have a branch like this one - and two people who work as hard for their customers as Zach and Greg.

I picked up a Nissan Rogue from the Ellijay location on August 13th. It had 49k miles on it. It was not vacuumed, and the gas tank was not full. Just before Waynesville, NC. the tire pressure lights came on. I stopped to have it repaired before getting on I-40. The next day the battery was dying. I had to exchange the vehicle in Williamsburg, Va. The main office in Blue Ridge has called to discuss this issue. When I call back, it is impossible to get anyone to answer. After 15 minutes on hold, it hangs up on you.
