  No stars if I could. I negotiated for new bfg goodwrench ko3 all terrains. They then called and did the routine upsell of trying to push me to change brake pads and fluids which I declined. I also declined the alignment. Next day they called and said car ready. I showed up and they had put much cheaper tires on, bfg goodwrench trail terrains. They also charged me for the alignment which I had declined. It was a very offensive bait and switch. I would not recommend them at all and will not be back. If they did this to me they've done this to many.

  Big shout out to Kayy (and the whole Mr. Tire team!) this week for helping me out. Had a copper wire and screw in one of my tires, and they got me all squared away within the same day!! So fast, friendly, and helpful. I've got there for years with several different cars and have always had the best experience :)

  got a tire alignment, was finished in less than an hour. Straightforward, no funny business. Price is fine, nothing to praise or complain about

  First off, I'd like to say that when a customer rolls in with a flat tire or an object in their tire, the customer is already in distress and doing their best to get back on the road. Secondly, to put things in context, it takes about 15 minutes to fix or replace a tire with the right tools. Now for the review... I made an appointment with a central call center for 4:30pm. When I walk in, the woman up front says "Oh no, we're booked. We can't see you." I thought she misunderstood and assumed I was a walk in. I kept saying "I have an appointment." The appointment should be honored." She tells me flippantly to take it up with customer service. So I call customer service right then and there. The rep (on speaker) confirms I have an appointment. Finally he calls her and it rings as I'm standing there. After some back and forth (about 10 minutes since I walked in the door), she says she will go talk to her guys to see if they'll look at the tire but she can't make any promises. Ma'am, your company already made a promise to at least look at my vehicle. I had am appointment. I dont need to take the issue up with customer service. You do. She proceeds to tell me that "being hostile" will not make her go ask her guys if they can service my car. But in all honesty, that, and me calling customer service, is exactly what got her to do her job. Because if I had meekly walked out, I would've been stranded on 285. The woman states that this is an ongoing issue - customer service making appointments when there are no appointments to be had. So while I know that lady could give a crap about me, my vehicle, or my safety, I'm posting this review so that Mr. Tire can get their stuff together. Don't make an appointment if you don't have one. $300 later and terrible customer service, I'm suggesting you take your vehicle elsewhere.

  I have always liked Mr. Tire in Dunwoody until today. The management has changed. I asked the manager if she would give me the same price for the oil change that I had always received, which was $59.99. She said no and that the oils change was $175. I talked her down to$110 after she made a call to her manager. My son also needed an oil change and she wouldn’t budge. Then when she realized he was paying for his own oil change, she lowered the price again (but only for him) to $90. When I asked her if I could get the same price, she said no. I only did that for him because he’s in college. I got my last set of tires at Mr. TIRE and unfortunately I will not be going back. I’m very disappointed that this was such a hassle and unpleasant experience. I have three children, I’m single, and pay for the child that is a minor. None of us will be going back.
