  A huge thank-you to the entire Mr. Tire in Dunwoody staff. We had a tire pressure warning and stopped in for help. They thoroughly checked the tires and made sure that the pressure was correct - all fast, friendly, and free of charge! As one technician said, "I just want to make sure that you can travel safely." What great dedication! Be sure to visit them!

  I typically don't write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to warn others and share my experience with anyone considering bringing their vehicle here. My 20 year old son brought his car in because of a loud scraping/screeching noise coming from the driver's side when driving around 60 mph. The shop stated that they performed a computer diagnostic and balanced the tires, charged him for both, then told him the issue was fixed. Immediately after leaving the shop and reaching 60 mph, he heard the exact same noise. We both went to this location and spoke with the manager, Mr. Tanner, who told us we would receive a full refund. He then gave us documentation stating the refund had been processed. After waiting over a week with no refund, we returned to the shop. This time, Mr. Tanner was extremely rude and dismissive. He refused to do anything further to resolve the situation. Throughout the entire interaction, we remained respectful despite his demeanor which is supported by recordings of our conversations. We then contacted the corporate office, only to discover that the refund was not actually in their system and had never been processed, despite the documentation we had been given. The car was ultimately taken to a different repair shop, where the actual issue was properly diagnosed and repaired the very same day. Since then, we have had to make multiple calls to this Mr. Tire location, corporate, our bank, and others simply trying to obtain the refund we were promised. This incident occurred several months ago, and to this day, we still have not received the full refund. The biggest frustration here is that they charged my son for a service (computer diagnostic) that based on research was not appropriate for the issue he was experiencing. He was also told that this issue was fixed only to discover that same day it was not. This made me feel that he was taken advantage of. What's also concerning is that the manager, Mr. Tanner, directly told us to our faces and provided documentation that we would receive a full refund then failed to follow through on that promise. That is simply not good business. I would strongly not recommend bringing your vehicle here.

  I will never get my car serviced here again. On May 2026 I was told to have my car towed there and that there qualified mechanics will repair my car.After having my car towed it sat for three days without being touched, and later was told that the mechanics refused to repair it . I then had to had it towed again which cost me over 260.00 .After spending years of my money there , I was missed treated and will never take my Mercedes Benz or no other automobiles ever at Mr. Tire Dunwoody Village or at any other Mr. Tire. There was nothing wrong with my car motor and it was repaired at another repair shop within three days!!!!

  NOPE-Got a razor blade in my tire sidewall and went in for a repair. Everything was fine said tire was in stock and then suggested I needed three new tires for my 6 mo old car. Totally ridiculous but also the way it was said felt off. Then went to Discount they said I had been quoted for the wrong tire completely. My tire is special order only made for my car had to be ordered. Price was also less. Glad I followed my instincts and went elsewhere.

  I brought my son's car to this location on a Saturday because it was making a noise when turning left, and the steering wheel was shaking and wobbling. They told us the problem was fixed, but all they did was balance the tires. We test drove the car after we left, and the exact same issues were still there. The manager, Mr. Tanner, approved a full refund on Monday, providing us with a copy of the Refund Request Form. My son and his dad were told it would take 2–3 days for the refund to appear on my card. On Tuesday, we took the car to another repair shop, where they confirmed both original issues still existed. They repaired the noise and recommended replacing the front tires to resolve the steering wheel vibration. After installing two new front tires and balancing them at a tire shop, the car has been driving perfectly ever since. The most frustrating part is that the store manager approved a full refund, but Monro's corporate office refused to honor it, claiming they were entitled to keep part of the payment because the tires had been balanced—even though that service did not fix the problems we brought the car in for. After several phone calls and a case with Monro's corporate office and filing a dispute with my bank, I only received a partial refund for a diagnostic fee that was never even performed. This location needs to be reported to the BBB.
