May 2026, I paid Mavis workers to complete a rotation and balance at this Dunwoody location. The individual who did the work did not properly secure any of the dealer manufactured wheel covers on my truck. Unknowingly, three detached while driving home, and the fourth, once tried, wasn't fully secured. I contacted the manager, Hamilton, who was not bothered by the situation, but stated he would order the missing parts. Parts did not arrive when scheduled as stated, and no one called before I reported to have them installed after an almost two hour commute to this location. When I did return after said arrival, incorrect parts were then placed on my vehicle. Generic! I was the forced to continually deal with situation with manager's attitude, unprofessional and lack of concern, instead of understanding or willingness to resolve the situation as quickly and professionally as possible. I then report on the next scheduled date, and no parts or Hamilton in store. Knowing the situation and the expected arrival after conversing with me, he not only left no instructions for the assistant manager, who was obligated to try and resolve the situation, but did not ensure the parts would arrive to me in a timely, central location, with accurate parts, as he knew I lived over an hour away from this location. I highly DO NOT recommend Mavis Tires for quality work and assurance. Especially this location. This situation has been a nightmare. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for the arrival of accurate vehicle parts.

Made an appointment last Satuday...showed up on time...was tld it would take 60-90 minutes to replace tires...90 minutes later got a call that the tires had not shown...but they should be there in another hour or so....called the shopa bout two hours later...told the tires would be in on Sunday...told them to keep the car and get it done...Sunday, around 2pm, I called to check in...was again told that the tires would not be delivered that day...should have them on Monday....on Monday, the car was finally finished...I understand that things can be out of your control and that the tires not being delivered on time was not intended...but I had to call each time to find out what was going on. That is lousy customer service. The tires were installed, so I can't give a single star, but I was disappointed.

I got my front brakes/rotors, and brake fluid exchange (wipers too) done here in March. I spent close to $600. In April I had to take it back because they were scrubbing as if I never got them done. Hamilton told me they “crystallized” and they fixed them. Here we are 3 WEEKS later and they are scrubbing again. They were nice but I dont even want to take it back to them because I feel like they’re tearing up my car. It’s such an inconvenience and so disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience and would strongly caution others. I came in with an appointment and still waited over 2.5 hours for service to change one tire. During that time, the team installed the wrong tire on my SUV—both the incorrect brand and the wrong size. They put a 245/40R20 on one front wheel while the other three tires are 245/50R20. This is not a minor mistake—it’s a clear safety issue that could impact handling and potentially damage the vehicle. When I brought this to their attention, there was no real apology or acknowledgment of the seriousness of the error. They simply swapped the tire with the correct one and moved on, with no effort to make things right for the inconvenience or risk. To make matters worse, they also failed to perform the alignment I had specifically requested, saying they “forgot” and that I would need to come back another time. After already waiting 2.5 hours, that is unacceptable. Overall, this felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. Between the safety oversight, lack of accountability, and wasted time, I expected much better. I would appreciate the company addressing this situation appropriately.

I had a great experience at Mavis Tires thanks to Anthony. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was very professional, communicated clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way regarding my vehicle and the services being performed. What really stood out was how efficiently everything was handled—Anthony made sure my car was taken care of and back on the road quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s not often you find someone who balances speed, great customer service, and attention to detail so well. I truly appreciate his transparency and willingness to answer any questions I had. If you’re visiting Mavis Tires, I highly recommend asking for Anthony. He made the experience easy and trustworthy.
