If you are looking for good customer service aswell as affordable work, this is your place. I am a broke college student and I came in needing my brakes replaced because I’ve waited too long and they started grinding, but the guys at Mavis were extremely busy but somehow still were able to get it done in good time. I paid a really really good price and couldn’t be more happy with the service I gotI forgot the gentleman’s names, but I came in on Friday the 28th The two gentlemen were a man with a red beard and another helpful Service worker or possibly assistant manager, but anyway, these guys were awesome and I’d go back to them every single time I have a tire or brake problem. Again, I cannot emphasize how busy they were yet they still got everything done. They had to deal with boomers with questions that would drive a normal person insane and just super rude customers yet everyone kept their cool and finished the work no problems

We had a fantastic experience here! We were in and out in less than an hour even though they were dealing with other customers! Everyone we interacted with was so nice and made us laugh!
Their work is very thorough! We went in for one nail in our tire and they found 3! Genuinely the best will definitely be going back!

I'm not sure what is going on with this Mavis, but it definitely did not live up to other Mavis's I have been to and left 5 star reviews for.
Getting anyone on the phone at this location can be a nightmare.
I needed 4 new tires and the website said they'd have the tires by the next day, but it was giving me issues scheduling the appointment, so I called the store. After numerous attempts, I got through the next day and the guy told me I wouldn't be able to get the tires replaced until a day later. Disappointing, but fine.
He mentioned something and I told him I was considering getting tires from Costco and said ha! they're not tire specialists! Good luck.
For tire specialists, they sure don't act like it. Took my car in for my 10am appointment for 4 new tires and asked them to check the alignment. I don't hear anything all day. I tried calling the store multiple times and get no answer on option 1, 2, or 3.
I tried calling the day after and got no answer. My wife tried calling and going through all 3 options. No answer. She happened to be in the area that afternoon, went by, and finds out the car is ready. A call would've been nice...
Was the alignment checked? No.
We live nearby and by the time we got home, we were getting messages about low tire pressure in every tire. So I inflate them all and it turns out one of them is now missing the valve cover.
If this place specializes in tires and cannot answer the phone, inflate the tires properly, call the customer to let them know their car is finished, or be bothered to check an alignment, I can't imagine how badly they would mess up other tasks.

Do NOT and I repeat.. DO NOT go to this location. Long read, but worth it. Went for an alignment and installation of new tires, mount and balance. Not only was my alignment still bad after, but when I tried to get it fixed under warranty.. the manager put my vehicle mileage as “55,555” so my warranty was “no good” since my truck has 160k miles on it. I told them there’s no physical way I drove 100k miles in a month. They still refused. Not to mention, my lug nuts were cross threaded on the stud. Even worse.. they “balanced” my tires by putting FIFTEEN OUNCES of wheel weights on each side on the front. My truck was shaking like a leaf on a tree going down the highway. A week later? My wheel bearing fails. Not saying they caused it, but I am positive the extra almost pound of rotational mass was not helpful to my wheels .. one good thing to add, the service manager will take cashapp payment under the table and give you an employee discount if you get cool with him. I’d post his name and the payment, but I don’t want to get into legality of things.
Stay FAR, FAR AWAY. Save your money, Go to discount tire. That’s who fixed Mavis’ royal screw up. Terrible place.
