Was in for my daughters wedding and of course went we went to leave today we had a flat , called and set an appt over the phone. Let me say customer service like this is a lost art , Zion right out of the was EXTREMELY courteous , respectful, and helpful. Employees like him are very rare , if I could hire him I wouldn’t hesitate. Thomas made sure our tires had all the correct pressure on our way out and was fast to do so. Unfortunately we live in Tennessee, but if you need tire work , Don’t hesitate, you found the right place. Thank you guys again for everything.

I came to this new location to get an oil change and have my tire pressure checked. Anthony was great, but the overall experience was incredibly frustrating.
I explicitly told them from the start that I needed air in my tires. They did the oil change but completely ignored the tires. When I tried to use their air station, it was broken. When I asked the mechanic, TJ, for help, he was completely dismissive and rudely told me to "buy an air pump" instead of helping a paying customer. He told me to just drive on the flat tires, even though I know my car and know they needed air immediately. I ended up having to drive to QuikTrip to fill them up myself.
To make matters worse, right after TJ blew me off, a random, non-paying customer pulled in and TJ gave them free air and serviced them right away—after I had just paid for an oil change. Absolutely terrible customer service from TJ. Go see Anthony if you have to come here, but corporate really needs to look into how TJ treats paying customers.

I had a great experience at Mavis Tires in Dunwoody. I was able to make a same day appointment, and they had the tire I needed in stock. The customer service was great from the person who helped me over the phone to everyone I interacted with in person. What impressed me most was how quickly they got me in and out. I honestly expected to be sitting there much longer, but I was finished in about 30 minutes! The entire process was quick and easy, and I really appreciated how efficient and friendly everyone was. I will definitely be a returning customer.
