I had a wonderful experience at this location today. Hamilton was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help me with absolutely everything, and made sure my tire was properly repaired and safe to drive.
It is rare to find this level of excellent customer service and genuine care for the customer. I am so grateful for Hamilton's help today! he completely turned my experience around. Highly recommended!

Mavis was the only place in the area with the tires same day and not 3-5 business days for shipping of repair. So glad I chose this location to get tires replaced, PSI levels were off on the vehicle as well as a nail in one tire. As someone who normally takes care of preventative maintenance myself it was great to get this done quickly on a Friday afternoon. Anthony had an amazing attitude as well as conversation regarding options for the tires, I would choose this mavis for any of my tire needs and would recommend others to just bring the vehicle in vs ordering online. Corporate seems to have a disconnect while this location is very accurate for inventory etc. also its several places to grab food close so makes the wait time less lengthy. Great location and great service!

I’m not sure what the manager name is but he is everything he’s supposed to be ! He was short staffed, when we arrived & the temperature was in the 90’s and we came in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. However, thanks to the manager we were able to be in and out in no time. His professionalism, and time management was truly impressive. And traveling back to NJ with a fully equipped vehicle was no longer an issue, because of him. He made our day ❤️ Thank You !!!
