This place is an overpriced dumpster fire. They commonly engage in predatory prices, and get away with it because "It's Dunwoody" stop taking advantage of people with limited means or limited knowledge. Your job is to inform the consumer, not upsell overpriced low quality products for exorbently marked up prices. Surveillance pricing isn't ethical. Charging $80 for a pathetic conventional oil change is atrocious, dealerships charge $60 for fully synthetic oil.

Ron did a great job! I got in I got out! I was very appreciative of the service. I always come to this location because they're the best. Always come to the Chamblee Dunwoody Road location right in Dunwoody village. Thank you guys for all that you do!

Have done several oil changes here and continue to have good experiences. The employees work hard and are very efficient getting things done quickly but safely and explaining as they go.
WARNING TO VEHICLE OWNERS: Avoid this location at all costs. The staff uses aggressive, fear-based scare tactics to upsell. They then refused to give me a physical receipt, claiming their system "only emails" them. Once the email arrived, I realized why they hid it: they put heavy-duty DIESEL engine oil (Dry Diesel Elite 5W-40) into my car. This can cause catastrophic engine and catalytic converter damage. The corporate customer service line as well as the CEO have completely ignored my emails and phone calls. Unethical, dangerous, and completely silent when they make a major mistake.

I wish I could make this up. 3 weeks ago I go for an oil change and air filter change for my 2019 Chevy equinox. Should have been an easy visit. I left and my car felt weird. Struggling to accelerate, loud noise outside the car, and hissing I could hear through the AC. I take it back a week later, tell them exactly what's happening and they look at the car, tell me "oh someone didn't tighten the filter" they tighten it up and send me on my way. It still feels off ...my engine light comes on now. I've moved out of the area now. Run the code P1101....AIR FLOW. I Open it up myself, no filter. NO FILTER. so now I figured out what happened. They loosened it, prepping to put the filter in, but never did it, nor did they check to see if the filter was even there before tightening things in. I paid for NOTHING and this could have damaged my car. I knew it felt off, I had videos and I explained clearly why didn't they check??? How can I get my money back? I paid for an air filter...they had 2 times to have someone check, and it was missed.
Another off thing, I was told I needed a transmission fluid change....I got one a year ago and haven't even put on 5k miles let alone 50k. I have a receipt for that one too, but it was never recorded that the service was done on my car. How is that possible. So now I'm wondering...was it done? If it was, why isn't it documented in the system. If it wasn't, did I pay for a service they didn't do?
I'm a bit frustrated to say the least.
