  I booked my reservation online, no issues there. Checking-in went smooth, and the customer service was great. The vehicle for my work trip was perfect. Lastly, when dropping back off, easy process, and again awesome customer service. Thank you!

  I reserved a car in advance for Labor Day weekend. When I arrived I was told there were NO cars available. There is no excuse for this.

  After dealing with the clowns at Avis who took my reservation and prepayment and had no car when I showed up, going to this Enterprise office was an example of how a business should run. Professional, efficient and no B.S. whatsoever. Highly recommended.

  Extremely slow, customer that came in at least 10 minutes after me received her rental first because she said she had a meeting/zoom call. After waiting over 35 minutes employee kept trying to upsell me as if the wait and being skipped over another customer wasn’t enough. I won’t be back.

  Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and made the whole reservation process seamless. I would definitely rent from here again!!!
