  Extremely slow, customer that came in at least 10 minutes after me received her rental first because she said she had a meeting/zoom call. After waiting over 35 minutes employee kept trying to upsell me as if the wait and being skipped over another customer wasn’t enough. I won’t be back.

  I reserved and prepaid for an full SUV a week in advance. I even completed the online check-in and uploaded my driver's license ahead of time. On the morning of my pickup, I received a voicemail letting me know the vehicle I reserved wasn't available. The staff was very friendly, professional, and did their best to help, so I want to give them credit for their attitude and customer service. My disappointment is with the reservation process itself, not the employees. It's frustrating to reserve, pay for, and check in for a vehicle, only to arrive and find out it's not available. It makes you wonder what the purpose of making a reservation is if the vehicle isn't guaranteed. I hope Enterprise improves its inventory management and reservation system so future customers don't have the same experience. Great staff, but the reservation experience was very disappointing.
