- TLTian (Lex)2 days ago5.0I was driving home when my car suddenly showed a low tire pressure warning, so I stopped by this Mavis since it was the closest location nearby. By the time I arrived, it was already around 5:50 PM, and I honestly thought they might not be able to help me that late. To my surprise, Sam still took the time to check my car. He quickly and professionally inspected all four tires, adjusted the tire pressure, and explained that the warning was actually caused by the other three tires being overinflated. His explanation really put my mind at ease. On top of that, they didn’t charge me anything for the inspection or adjusting the tire pressure, which I truly appreciated. I really appreciate Sam’s help and professionalism. Great customer service like this is why I’ll continue choosing Mavis in the future!

I was there for a new tire and I had 30min left before they closed they could of easily said no to my service instead of acting like they didn’t see me, which I know most of them saw me just ignored me.

I usually get really stressed out when I have to drop my car off for any kind of work but I got a good feeling from this place. The staff was very friendly and the price was very reasonable. - SPShi PimpApr 30, 20265.0I towed my mother’s Honda Accord to across the street 3525 Peachtree Industrial Blvd (Firestone) due to brake failure. They charged us $2600 and replaced every brake component known to man. Upon picking up the vehicle 5 days later, my mother noticed the brakes not working properly and not stopping. She decided to go to Mavis due to her not trusting Firestone anymore. Mike (Mavis service manager) took care of her and managed to call me to let me know that Firestone put my mother’s life in danger by leaving the caliper pin bolts loose which caused the brake pd not to compress properly. He also advised me that the brake lines were not bled properly and the brake pedal sunk to the floor. I went into Mavis later that day to thank them for taking care of my mother. The staff here deserve medals as they saved my mother’s life and they did not charge us due to Firestone’s mistake. The world needs more honest and helpful shops like Mavis. I can not thank them enough for everything!! We will be bringing our cars to Mavis Duluth from now on and I hope you do as well!
