Johnny at Mavis was very helpful, honest, and professional. He took the time to show me what was going on with my brakes and rotors and explained clearly what actually needed to be replaced. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. I’ve been to other places where they recommend replacing almost everything, but here they only suggested the repairs that were truly necessary. Great customer service and a very trustworthy experience. I highly recommend Johnny and this Mavis location.
