- MHMonique Horne1 day ago5.0I came into this Mavis store. My tire was not keeping air in it and I didn’t know why. I came in a frantic and Tytiana was able to calm me down for I had a 3 drive back to North Carolina. She went out and automatically saw that I had a nail in my tire and was able to get me right in. Tytiana was very pleasant and helpful and made sure that I was ok. Kudos to this team at this location.

- JLJohn LiemMay 3, 20261.0Took my car here to get my tires aligned, had to come back right after bc my steering wheel was crooked to the right. Adrian was real cool, tried his best to explain how he was going to fix it (showed me images of the alignment numbers, which were still red?) but my car still drifts to the right even after I took it back. The thing is, my car was in a better condition before I took it to this place, and now I have to take it elsewhere and pay more bc I dont' think this place is capable of resolving the issue. Sucks bc the service was nice, price was good. But not really worth it if the service i paid for was not effective.
