I had such a great experience at this Mavis, especially because of Jalen! I came in not knowing much about what I needed or what was going on with my car, and he was seriously so helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I actually understood what was going on instead of just brushing me off or rushing through it, which I’ve experienced at other places before.
He answered all of my questions, was super patient, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. I really appreciated how helpful and respectful he was, especially since I didn’t know a lot about cars going in. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers and making sure they’re taken care of. Definitely recommend this location, and a huge thank you to Jalen for all his help!! :)
