Jay at grease monkey provided exceptional service. I chose grease monkey over jiffy lube because they adjust your tire pressure for free.

I recently went to Grease Monkey for an oil change, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this particular location. When I arrived, I specifically asked if they could top off my fluids. The gentleman told me that he had done so. My car had been acting a little funny, which was unrelated to the oil change, but something told me to check under my hood afterward. When I did, I discovered that none of my fluids had been topped off. What bothered me most was not that they didn’t want to provide the service. If they couldn’t or didn’t want to top off the fluids, all they had to do was tell me that. I would have understood. Instead, I was told that it had been done when it clearly had not. On top of that, I was charged more for the oil change than I have ever paid for an oil change before. When I called to voice my concerns and explain my frustration, I felt like the supervisor brushed me off rather than taking my complaint seriously. Customer service and honesty matter. I don’t mind paying for a service when I know exactly what I’m paying for and the work is actually completed. But I do have a problem with being told something was done when it wasn’t. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this particular Grease Monkey again
