  My technician Miles was extremely helpful. Explained everything that was going on with my truck, including extra issues I was not aware of. He was very friendly and made me feel welcome even though it was my first trip here I will definitely be back!

  Amazing service with Rico today. I needed an oil change and I was able to get that accomplished and less than 10 minutes. Rico was very knowledgeable of what my car needed and gave me great recommendations for the longevity and care of my vehicle. I definitely recommend come back for him to get it.

  Waiting time.took about 30.min which is OK. I had a coupon for full synthetic oil , so the price was good. The employee verified if I need full synthetic or blend and I said full as I change oil every 100 k miles. What bothers me now is the info on the sticker . It says next service is in December 2026 at 101k miles which is just 3 k miles... not sure if oil.or sticker is wrong.... they said come back and we would take care of you but I will not. Though they are nice and polite guys and the location is convenient...

  After 2 times going to Take 5 for an oil change just for them to not have my oil (once even after they told me they did, then I waited in line for an hour for them to tell me they in fact did NOT have my oil for my 2024 corolla), I was recommended this Express Oil change, and the service was way better and quicker. Not to mention, my car is lowered, which they accommodated for with no issue. Also, thank you Thomas for your great service, especially with even though I was in the passenger seat of my car, once you realized I was the owner, you addressed me directly instead of my partner. May seem like a small thing, but I have had too many scenarios where places will only address the man I’m with instead of me, even though I am the one who actually owns and knows the car lol. Thank you ❤️

  Two Hours, Four New Tires, and They Still Sent Me Home With the Same Tire-Sensor Warning I Came In With. Not thorough — they’ll send your car out without completing the necessary checks to make sure the service actually resolved the problem. I specifically mentioned that my tire-pressure warning was on and paid to have all four tires replaced. After waiting two hours, I left with the same warning still illuminated. I had to return to the shop, where I was told the sensors needed replacement at an additional cost of about $250. I also had to follow up myself to find out whether the tires I had placed a deposit on had even arrived. The problem isn’t that the sensors needed replacement; it’s that the shop failed to identify or communicate this before returning my vehicle. The experience cost me extra time, another trip, and $250.
