Making my rental pickup an easy and smooth process, put my mind at ease. I was also able to drop the rental off at Toyota, where I received service to my personal vehicle. The whole entire process was very convenient, which I am very pleased.

The gentleman greeted me professional and assured he'd do whatever he could do to accommodate my situation, which he did an he applied my same discounts. I wanted to thank this location for going over and beyond to make this much needed rental possible.

They took a long time then told me the upgraded vehicle that the insurance is paying for was not available and they'd have to put me in something else. They were supposed to call me asap to put me in an suv or van. I've been waiting almost a week and haven't heard anything. I've called multiple times and get put straight on a long hold without anyone even greeting me. The vehicle I'm in was given to me with an extremely dirty windshield that I cant get clean. I cant get a hold of anyone on the phone to get this resolved. This is ridiculous and a prime example of why I'd rather not deal with this company.
