  customer service was phenomenal, the only complaint that I have is that their vehicle selection is very low

  Would not recommend this Enterprise Facility!!!Allstate set me up with a rental car here. Staff asked me what kind of vehicle I own. I responded with an SUV and I would like an SUV They gave me a very poorly maintained Nissan Sentra Car. Car was on empty (45 miles left). Staff did a poor job cleaning it prior, for it had stains on the ceiling, dirt and dust on the center console, white stains/residue on the center console and seats. And the driver seat had a tear in it. Worst part is I’ve found 2 ants crawling around in the car. If you have a choice do not rent from here.

  The rental experience at the Duluth and Market location was excellent. Although I reserved the rental vehicle online, the representative called me to ensure the car available was acceptable to me. Upon arrival at the location, CJ greeted me and informed me of the vehicle change/cost increase and inquired whether it met my needs. The car was the same make and model as my vehicle, so that was a plus. He was very personable, inspected the vehicle with me including showing me the tire pump, and informed me to call if there was anything needed. I received an email and text message regarding returning the vehicle and was able to modify my rental agreement to one additional day. On the day of return, I received a reminder. Prior to arriving at the location to return the vehicle, I called to inquire about transportation to the dealership where my vehicle was. The representative shared that the option was available. When I arrived at the location to return the vehicle, I was greeted and assisted. He kindly informed me that there would be a small wait time for the transport. He kept me updated on the status of the wait time. The young man who transported me was very friendly and conversed with me. The rental experience was excellent. I was very satisfied with the vehicle and the assistance of the representatives at the Duluth and Market location.

  bad , actitud , Unfriendly, counter employee actitud, after a confirmation of reservation , must wait for other car becouse they find something wrong with the reserved car
