  I cannot say enough good things about Drake at Enterprise! As someone with a very anxious personality, the car-buying process usually terrifies me. From the moment I walked in, Drake completely changed the game. He made me feel so comfortable, kept me laughing, and literally reminded me to breathe when I started getting overwhelmed. I truly felt like I’ve known him for years. Beyond his amazing personality, he took the time to thoroughly educate me. He taught me so much about my options—especially making sure I was completely set up with the right gap insurance and coverage—so I wouldn’t repeat past mistakes. I have never learned so much during a car purchase! If you want an honest, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable professional who actually cares about you, go see Drake. He is the absolute best!

  Exceptional Customer Service and I got the minivan I needed which was fully operational and cleaned. Mr. Collins was a major help and it's much appreciated. Will definitely be doing business with your company in the future when necessary.

  ⭐ 1 out of 5 Stars - Would give ZERO stars if I could. Lazy, dismissive, and incompetent. Avoid this Enterprise location (Satellite Blvd in Duluth) at all costs. I returned a vehicle on Saturday right before closing and accidentally left an expensive pair of Apple AirPods Pro inside. When I called first thing Monday morning, it took forever to get a human on the phone because they kept dumping me into automated loops. When a front-desk employee finally answered, she was incredibly lazy, rude, and dismissive. I was looking directly at a LIVE Apple GPS tracking pin showing my AirPods were physically on their lot. She put me on hold for 8 minutes, came back, and flat-out lied to me, insisting "there is no Corolla on our lot and your items aren't here." She completely refused to listen to my tracking data or actually walk outside to check the return line. To make it worse, she didn't even understand her own branch operations, arguing with me that they were open on Sunday when they were clearly closed. If it wasn't for my incredible Cadillac salesperson from down the street literally driving over to their lot, bypassing the lazy desk staff, finding the car himself, and rescuing my property, my AirPods would be gone forever. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Management needs to seriously retrain or replace the morning front desk staff.

  Don’t expect a quality level of customer service here. They’ll rent you a Janky vehicle with parts that literally fall off while you’re driving and then act like it’s your problem. I stopped at the location down the street to get some assistance and they were equally unhelpful and uninterested in even who I was or what my rental agreement number was. Regardless, I think I will use any other rental agency and the greater Atlanta area. Enterprise in this area seems to have some pretty major issues with inventory, customer service, vehicle condition and quality, and condition, and pricing. You do you, but I’m done with Enterprise in the greater Atlanta area. The car I’m in presently will likely have to be towed at Enterprises expense.

  This location deliberately lies to you. I wanted to select a car that would be completely covered by my insurance, I even selected a vehicle ahead of time via online that was a sedan covered completely by my insurance. When I went to go pick it up, they handed me the keys to a SUV that was slightly outside of my daily coverage from my insurance. When I asked why I was given this car despite preselecting my vehicle online, their answer was “well, it’s because we have too many of this specific model so we have to move these.” When I asked if I can change, they said they didn’t have any other options. The reason I am leaving a review now despite this happening back in January is because this is not an isolated incident. My parents had gone through the same situation where they were given a car outside of our daily insurance coverage and was told that since my parent’s car is an SUV, they must get an SUV as replacement. By that same logic, I should have received a sedan when I went back in January. The only reason we went here is because they are partnered with the Rick Hendricks Collision Center by Gwinnett Place Honda. I have shared this feedback with the person at the help desk in the collision center which she profusely apologized back in January and is the only reason why I didn’t leave a feedback then. It’s disappointing that nothing has changed. This practice is extremely predatory and I would recommend to go else where. Picture provided to verify that I was a customer.
