  Enterprise continues to be my go-to for vehicle rentals, whether it's just for a day or for an extended road trip. The customer service is always amazing and my most recent rental experience on 10/13/2026 is no exception. During this instance on 10/13/2026 with the Duluth (Peachtree Industrial location), I had a reservation for a 1-day rental and I had the pleasure of driving a 2025 Nissan Sentra. I was assisted, both picking up and returning the vehicle, by a remarkable customer service representative (actually her title on her business card is "Manager Trainee"). She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and very courteous. She had my vehicle prepped and ready to go without hesitation. Enterprise please keep up the great work with the amazing customer service and problem-free vehicles!

  I book cars from this location quite often. I truly like the staff—they are always kind and professional. However, one guy ruined my evening today. I don't know his name, but he has blond hair. I'm not sure what his role is, but he definitely lacks the skills for this job. I don't want to look for another rental office in my area, but this experience made me consider it. I hope management takes action.

  Experience: What a GREAT Rental Establishment 👌... David/Femi was Excellent in helping pick a vehicle that was right for me... I Took the vehicle on a trip to the Midwest for 2 weeks no problems everything went great 👍... Would highly Recommend this Establishment... PS: Enterprise Give David/Femi a Raise 🙏

  Collin was so professional and kind! I had a reservation with Budget and halfway to pickup the rental they called to tell me they had no cars! I called Enterprise booked a reservation, guess I showed up too fast because Collin did not see the reservation nor had I gotten the confirmation. Collin did not skip a beat he asked all the questions to get me into a rental and quickly! Eventually the reservation shows up but Collin already resolved the matter! I appreciate Collin not making me wait and his willingness to help me! I was already stressing from Budget’s poor customer service because it was imperative that I get a rental car to go see my Father!
