  Customer service picking up was amazing…dropping off—not so much. Also, if you book longer than week (5 days), but bring it back early, do NOT expect to NOT be charged for the extra days— you’ll indeed still be charged. I was charged for 7 days, despite me bringing the vehicle back 3 days early. When I questioned the employee, he half explained and rushed me out of the door and said “if you have any other questions…call me”. I did have further questions because I was losing close to $250, I called…no answer. Called the 800# and was told Enterprise doesn’t have a set amount of of days to consider it a week and went on to say a week could mean 5 days or 7 days; therefore, the pricing was correct, even if I returned the vehicle early.

  Great customer service Was sent here as another location did not have my rental ready Came here and they were on it Young gentleman helped me out Mr Williams Very knowledgeable and helped out so much Would recommend will return
