  I purchased my vehicle in February 2026. During the purchase I had questions regarding the warranty they were selling me. A warranty on top of a warranty because the sales person gets a percentage. I take my car to the dealership to learn that the coverage I have isn’t acceptable at Genesis dealerships. They tell me that there’s no record of the services on the car and I would have to pay around $1800 to get it where it needs to be. I spoke with the manager at the Mount Zion/Jonesboro Matt. He pretended to help and quit answering my calls. I even emailed the regional manager and no answer. My car started making noises front end and now I’m responsible for getting the repairs. You’re much better off at Carmax. I’ve they get the sale they are done with you. No oil change, fluids of any kind, brakes, etc was done on my vehicle before purchasing it. He could never send me paperwork that it was done. Stay away!

  I talked to Whitney over the phone and she was so informative I scheduled an appt. I came in on Saturday July 25 and Drake greeted me said he would be taking care of me since Whitney was off. I came in stuck on getting a Honda but there weren’t any Hondas on the lot which made me sad but Drake pulled around several different options and after looking at about 5 cars 😃I picked the Hyundai Elantra. Drake was so patient and his comedic personality made this sale feel less stressful. They put a 🎀 on my car and it made me feel so special 😊Thank you to the Duluth Enterprise Sales Team, especially Drake for making my sales experience a great one. I appreciate the honesty and explanation in all my questions. I would definitely refer Enterprise Sales to everyone and Drake is a good salesperson. Best Perk: no credit card or dealer fees
