The price I was quoted for the repair was 30-50% higher than what I have gotten from other places after making a few calls. The parts were reasonably priced, the labor rate wasn't excessive, but the number of hours to complete the work was exaggerated which resulted in the inflated price. When declining the work over the phone I was offered a $200 discount, which gives me the impression they were just trying to make extra money off me in the first place. One and done.
