  Unprofessional, bad customer service, had a reservation at this place, got there and the owner/ manager told us to leave because he has to close the store to go pick up his son and there is nothing he can do to help us. While we were in the car calling budget to look for another place, this dude was inside for 15mins sitting around not doing anything, i mean he could of help us with our reservation. Never ever going to this place or dealing with budget again

  dont ever rent from this place i returned a car here on sat at 1pm and no one was there. I left the keys in the drop box and left it there only to be charged for 3 extra days three days later. i called and asked why i was told they are no a one way drop off place and they didnt have any information about my rental. They need to be removed off of the budget list asap i will be filling a law suit agaist budget and this location.

  I had a truck reserved several weeks in advance and they waited until the morning before my move to send me an email saying that they won't have a truck available, and they were not able to find me another moving truck within any reasonable distance to my location. I ended up going with Penske instead and had to pay twice as much since it was on such short notice. Don't waste your time here.
