  You guys have to talk to Pam, she needs to have a better attitude with customers. I’m a car business I always coming to this place to get parts and every single time she assist me acts with a very rude and non patient attitude, nothing personal just have to improved the customer service, please

  Again, AutoZone is my go to for any parts for my vehicle. I highly recommend them over any other auto supply store.

  We came in for a simple headlight. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to check us out after nobody asked us if we needed assistance. We had to use google to figure it out ourselves. Then had to wait even more to check out. Mind you we’re clearly waiting to check out with 3 employees clearly seeing us. Eventually we just left without making a purchase. We will not come back here. The customer service was absolutely terrible and businesses fail every day over that. We will take our money elsewhere to buy overpriced lightbulbs.

  They are always busy here and the staff does a good job of managing to prioritize customers needs. There were several people waiting on line when I walked in and I thought "great, this is going to take an hour to buy windshield washer fluid"! I walked to the back, spent about 5 minutes researching which washer fluid to buy, grabbed the bottle and walked up to the registers to find nobody waiting in line!! Plus the employee at the register had just put a telephone customer on hold and was about to head to the back storeroom area to check for a part for that customer. Instead of ignoring me and heading back to storeroom leaving me standing there waiting, he asked me if I was ready to check out and quickly took care of me so that I could be on my way. He didn't have to do that. In this day and age of poor customer service I was really impressed and I love being surprised by GREAT customer service❤️
