  I called to see if I could pick up my order. It was then that Devon? said the store was trying to call me because they didn't have the filter in stock. I told him not to process my order and he did it anyway. He charged my card when he did not have the item in stock and when I told him not to. I told him if he did not process it the pending charge would fall off my card. He insisted it would not and he was blatantly wrong, as I know my bank and he does not. He processed the order even though he knew he didn't have the product. He then said the system automatically "did it" when he put in the order number. I think he is a manipulative liar. He then demanded a phone number claiming he needed it to return my order even though he had the transaction id and the order number and my name. He then started he needed for my PayPal charge. And then said any old number would do which makes no sense because "any" number would not match up to my PayPal account so this in my opinion was just an attempt to get my phone number for spam calls and a plain old data grab. He wanted me to pay more than the list price for a filter they had in stock, and I declined to do so ...... Stating it was a dollar less. I declined to pay more for and item than the standard price. I suggested a filter that was 3 more than the one I ordered. He did want to do it. So they wanted me to pay more than list price for a product but they declined to provide a 3 dollar more expensive product. (To use their logic, 'its only 3 dollars') Hypocrites. This is my first time ordering pick up from AutoZone and it was a very bad experience. In my experience Devon? was pushy and incorrect. I believe he is a liar. He knowingly charged my card when I told him not to. He knowingly charged my card when he knew he could not fill the order. I think this is fraud. Not only am I contacting the corporate office, I plan to contact the attorney general for his fraud. In my opinion, he is a poor representative of the company, pushy, and dishonest. Don't charge a card if you don't have the product. Just that simple

  Young Man by the name of Tee has great customer service, definitely was moved at his professionalism and work ethic. Give him a raise!!!! It’s hard to find good people that take a Job seriously!!!!!

  I was helped by a sweet man who was the store manager. He took over when Pam S. (one of the employees there) was rude and extremely dismissive. I just shared that I needed a code to be read on my car, and she was extremely rude and just walked off and said, "You're going to have to wait for the other employee." I heard from other customers that she is usually rude... confused why she still works there

  Terrible customer service from one of the employees—to be clear, not everyone is like that, but today I was served by a woman who showed absolutely no empathy while helping me.
