  Great customer service and fast oil change service! AJ and everyone else was friendly, helpful, and professional. They got me in and out quickly and made the experience super easy. Definitely recommend!

  As advertised in the lobby, the staff and technicians were friendly, accommodating, experienced, and efficient. Also, the product was reasonably priced. We would recommend this business to any and all consumers.

  believe Steve is the person in charge and does great work. He can answer questions and get things done. I had a problem requiring me to leave and come back a few days later. Steve remembered and apologized. I dropped one star because the technical staff don't seem to be in a hurry and the front end staff don't communicate well. When I arrived I was told to pull into the oil change bay and I protested since I was not getting an oil change. No one told me that was a first step jut to get registered. At that trip the maintenance bay area was full so I said I could come back. Front end staff told no worries they could get too it. Well, after 45 minutes someone finally took a look at my car and told me they couldn't do it that day. I asked if they would keep my registration paperwork and call me when they could get to my car. Four days later I went by and inquired about getting my work done. I was told they could have done in several days ago but no one called me. The front office staff were suppose to call but did not. I believe the technical shop staff did great work. I just don't like to be kept waiting and when I see folks walking around talking or my vehicle sitting with no action, it makes me upset. I do appreciate the clean and efficient facility. I will be back and now know more about their process. Despite this minor short comming, I recommend them for services they provide.
