  Check in was easy 4/18/2026. The guy there was awesome! They were busy there was one girl that that wasn’t “interested “ in working or helping out. But the guy and the shorter lady were working hard. They had people waiting but were nice and helpful. The tall girl was disrespectful to the guy when he asked her to do something thought. i didn’t get names and i saw no name tags.

  Based on the first day I went to Enterprise to reschedule my appointment for getting the car after I had been on the phone on hold for an hour and 20 minutes, I would never go back. I was sort of married to it because of the insurance deal of the person who had hit me. I had to go back to collect the car on a reschedule date. On the rescheduled date things went very smoothly. Based on the first day I'd never would have gone back though. After the second day that I went I may go back there if I had to. I was told that on the first day they were very understaffed. However, there were about 10 people sitting in the waiting area, maybe in the first one there. And a man came in and they immediately waited on him while we were all sitting there. I blew my top and left. At that time I just contacted the insurance agent and had her deal with it. I totally expected to have the same sorry service whenever I had to go and get the car. I was pleasantly surprised that the people there were on top of it and seem to know what they were doing. I know people have bad days and people are short staffed but they're very poorly reflected on Enterprise.

  0 stars. Too expensive and they never offer one way rentals. Place sucks
