Within just two months of receiving my vehicle back, the transmission failed again. When I contacted the company, I was informed that the repair was under warranty and that they would take care of the issue. Unfortunately, since then, I have experienced ongoing delays and a lack of follow-through. Despite multiple attempts to have the issue resolved, the repairs have continually been pushed back without clear communication or a definitive timeline for completion. As a paying customer, I expected not only quality workmanship but also accountability and professionalism when issues arise—especially when a warranty is involved. This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing. I hope this review encourages the business to improve its customer service and honor its commitments in a timely and reliable manner. – Crystal Williams That's a lie sir and you held that vehicle for 3 months sitting in your company lot you even said you didn't have it! You were lying then! I emphasize Don't deal with these people!!!they are crooks not a reputable company and they still running ad trying to hire a transmission technician? I wonder why 😆 🤣 😂 He said there was missing info here is his text in response to do you have 2016 Nissan Sentra on the lot his reply: I don’t have any Nissan Sentra here! From WEAST. He purposely lied about having the vehicle??? Like I said these guys are crooks!!!
