- OAO'sheda AndersonOct 10, 20231.0I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy!! They fixed my transmission. A couple of days after getting my vehicle back I started having issues with my power steering (which I’ve never had any issues with). Out of nowhere the steering wheel would lock up in the middle of driving and it got to the point where my wheel was just continuously hard to turn. Took it back to them as I was instructed to do because obviously something went wrong while fixing the transmission. They took my car for a couple of days “fixing” the issue. They did this twice and both times the problem continued. They were really clueless about what was wrong so they chalked it up to some part that was “on back order”. So ok we’re now waiting on this part for several weeks until I finally decided to just get my car and try a second opinion. Took it to the dealership only to find out that there was a bolt that was loosened somewhere around where the transmission and electronic power steering was. That was the issue..smh. I spent so much money on rental cars while dealing with them👎🏽
