Check in, check out from lights to battery check to air filter and into the oil change. Showing the stick is something I always ask about and they showed it to me without me asking. I did check the oil fill cap tightness as I have had dealers leave them off. Not draining through the oil pan is a plus. No leaky oil on driveway later. Best practices all around. Kudos to all three men who serviced my truck.
