- RFRosland FullJun 27, 20261.0I stopped at Quiktrip this morning to get gas. I sent my son in with $30. I told him to get 25 on pump 7 and me a big q drink for .52 cents and bring me my change back. He returned to the car with no money. So I pump my gas and walked back into the store and stated that I didn't receive my change. And Andrew replied that once he helped the next two customers, he will count the register and check. Then I called my son up and told Andrew that this was my son and he stated that my son gave him $25 and paid the $.52 on his card. In which I am confused on why anything was paid with the card because I gave $30 cash. So as you being a manager, you didn't notice that it was a 20 and a 10 and not a 20 and a 5. And one of the customers was nice enough to give me the five dollars, but it wasn't about the money. It was about the respect. Andrew also stated that because I yelled he would make me wait until all the customers leave the store before he help me meanwhile you put your hand up in a disrespectful way to tell me to wait. At the end of the day the situation was handled very unprofessional. As a manager you are trained to de-escalate the situation and helped the Customer at all needs instead Andrew did the opposite. So I would like to have the situation addressed accordingly and I will be reaching out to corporate.

Stopped here 3 more weekends in a row and it was awful every time. It’s VERY obvious that upper management and ownership don’t care enough about this place to properly staff it, or take care of the staff that DO come in. ALL coffee machines down at 8:15 every single day, bathroom with no toilet paper or soap or toilet covers, blood and poo all over the toilet seats. One day the whole store was flooded from the little cleaner robot malfunctioning. And NO EMPLOYEES to be found, not a manager or anything. ONE person running their tail off in the food area, and no one else. They expect one or two people to run a whole store effectively on a Saturday morning? BS. Y’all need more staff. Quit cheaping out on your labor costs, do better by the people that DO show up, and turn your store around. Nobody wants to work at a gas station on the weekends, I get that. But it’s very clear that upper management and ownership is failing at their staff support.
