  The experience with NuBrakes was a solid experience with one major exception. I communicated by phone with the technician twice during the process. The second time was to tell me the work was done and that a payment link had been sent. I received that link and planned to make payment later in the day. I then received 4 payment links and texts from the technician pushing me to pay now because he couldn't leave my home until payment was received. I texted him back that I was handing a deadline oriented project and would pay later. He continued to text me for payment so I called customer service and learned the techs are encouraged to push for immediate payment. In terms of customer care this is an awful management strategy. There are a hundred reasons why someone might not be able to make payment the instant a repair is completed such as my example above or: doctor's appointment, driving, in a company meeting, phone battery died and unable to view the link, etc. I hired your company in good faith that you would perform a critical repair to my vehicle. In return, have enough respect and understanding of what folks day to day lives look like that you don't have to treat a customer like their a crook because you got paid at 2pm instead of 12pm. Management needs to change their strategy!

  Maui, the mechanic arrived at 10:10 and brake job was done before 11! I was pleasantly surprised because I was unfortunately, used to the dealership time delay. Great job! ⭐️
