- VWVictor Williams2 days ago1.0Overpriced and horrible customer service! Went to get a regular oil change yesterday and was told $140. The “gentleman” who works there with locs or braids didn’t greet me and was EXTREMELY unprofessional with his tone and delivery. When I insisted $140 was too much, he was rude about it and didn’t even mention any other options… which I’m sure they have. So I left and drove 10 mins away to Valvoline. I paid $80 and was treated soooooo much better, with a warm smile on top. Great customer service makes all the difference! If Grease Monkey would have treated me the way Valvoline did… I would’ve probably just paid the $140! I will NEVER make the mistake of going to Grease Monkey again!

- MJMattie JeffaresOct 2, 20265.0I had such a great experience getting my oil changed! Uncle Pop and Laura were both so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made the whole process easy and treated me with respect. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend them! ❤️
