Bob was very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive throughout my oil change. He took great care of me and also advised me that I needed new tires and wiper blades. I appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and helpful recommendations. Excellent customer service!

Listen, sometimes things are too good to be true as a single woman “currently,” we often get anxiety about Where to take our cars and having someone work on it that we can trust. I usually don’t leave reviews after the first couple of visits I like to wait to see if things are gonna change, to see if the service is gonna change. Ever since my first visit there has been nothing but positive experiences and laughter. The staff is friendly, helpful and will take the time to answer any of your questions or concerns in detail. Women, If there’s a company that I return to more than twice, then trust and believe this company this location is greatly recommended. You will be in good hands & TELL THEM STAR SENT YOU… 😘

This is where I bring all of my cars for any service. I wasn't sure if the Douglasville location would be as good as the ones in Carrollton when I lived there but it is. Everyone is nice, has good senses of humor, and knowledgeable. William, the manager in training, was hands on and involved.

I appreciate this location very much. I visited twice in 1 week due to the first time they were extremely busy and I needed to schedule an appointment, yet Bob was so kind, helpful, and provided great customer service! My 2nd visit, I was actually being serviced, this time my point of contact was William and again, Kind, helpful, and great customer service was provided! And thank you to the person(s) who got my starter in & taken care of for me! These guys work hard & they get the job done. There’s an express oil change closer to my home but I love the service of this location so much, I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes anytime. They will be taking care of all of my car needs from this point forward. Thank you guys for what you do, it is very appreciated.
