  I have been coming to Express Oil Change in Douglasville, Georgia for many years now. I have always received professional service from the staff and management team. Bob is one of the auto techs who has serviced my vehicles many times, he has always been very kind and straight forward with me. He genuinely cares about the current needs of the customers. To anyone looking for quality work and service, you'll find no better place.

  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change thanks to Bob and James. James assisted me today and was very informative, professional, and friendly throughout the visit. Bob has helped me in the past, and he has always provided excellent customer service as well. They both make the experience easy and comfortable, and I really appreciate their honesty and kindness. Highly recommend this location!

  I had a great experience with James at Express Oil Change. He provided excellent customer service and took the time to explain everything that needed to be addressed on my car in a clear and patient way. He was very informative, professional, and made sure I understood all of my options without any pressure. It’s not often you come across someone this thorough and respectful in the automotive service industry. I truly appreciate his honesty and attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back and recommending his service to others.

  Went here to have my truck inspected as I knew I needed to put some money into it and wanted to see if it was worthwhile to do so. Discussed and explained my situation to Alex and he had his mechanic, Luis, inspect my vehicle and provide me with a quote on what needed to be done to keep my truck running good and lasting longer. The price to inspect it was great and Alex discussed with me what his thoughts were regarding what needed to be done versus what could wait or even not be done. Whatever work I decide to have done, I'll have them do it.

  This was my first time going somewhere for an oil charge other than Team Toyota where I purchased my vehicle. I’ve noticed that Express Oil Change, #1506 Douglasville, Ga is always busy so I decided to take my Toyota Camry for an oil change and check-up. Dale was my Service Technician and was excellent. I told him I was a new customer and he took the time to explain the services that I needed and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. I thought I needed an air filter and he told me I didn’t need one that mine was very clean. This made me feel like this Express Oil Change had honest Service Technicians, especially Dale and I will continue to have my Toyota serviced at the Douglasville location. Dale, thank you so much for your service!
