  This is my third time renting from this location on Highway 5. Everytime I come here Darius Holston has done an amazing job on taking care of me and providing exceptional customer service. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I appreciate his services every time I come. He always greets me with a smile, remembers my name and treats me with respect. Today I was also helped by Precious Turner. She is amazing as well. This location always makes sure I am able to rent good well running vehicles.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Darius Holston and this location overall. His customer service was completely unacceptable from the start. He spoke to me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner, and when I politely asked him to adjust his tone while speaking with me, he abruptly hung up in my face. To make matters worse, I was given a vehicle that had little to no oil, forcing me to take time out of my own schedule to get an oil change myself — something that should have been checked before any customer received the car. The lack of professionalism, poor vehicle maintenance, and complete disregard for customer care made this one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely not recommend this Enterprise location to anyone.

  The professional and friendly atmosphere at the Hwy 5 location was incredible. Although it was very busy during my pickup time when we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcoming and they spoke to the volume and promised to be with me shortly. That made the wait totally understandable. There was also a great selection of music playing which kept the guest entertained and patient. Vince called me to the counter and was so pleasant and even asked if I was ok and apologized for the wait. He seemed very knowledgeable and made small talk as we got through the pick up process. I could not believe how witty this young man was but he was really awesome! The drop off went equally as smooth. A friendly guy who made sure we had a pleasurable experience handled the return and he swiftly refunded me that ridiculous $300 deposit. That’s my only complaint! Why are you all holding deposits on credit cards?! The deposit was 90% of the amount of the rental! That is absurd HOWEVER the team’s positive attitude and great customer service made even that bearable for me.

  I’ve rented cars from here several times and always had a great experience. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Precious was especially easy and great to work with this last rental

  This is my go-to place to rent cars. They have the best options in Douglasville and it's convenient to my home. The staff here are courteous and I see them working diligently to get us in and out quickly, and this is what I appreciate the most. Thank you & Keep up the good! work
