    Stood in line for 10 minutes and 4 workers walked by me without helping or asking if I need help 5th worker came from outside and said he would be with me as soon as he was done helping someone outside. I asked if anyone else could help me because there were 4 other workers there and he asked someone named Xavier if they could help me. Dude didn’t even say anything and acted like he didn’t want to help. Find another job if you don’t like helping people. I’ll just go to another auto parts store moving forward. Wish I got dudes name who was helping another customer. He was busy and still managed to acknowledge me as soon as he came back to the front of the store.

    The worst the worst customer service, especially by the young men in there that I couldn’t get his name however, the way you speak to a customer is indicative honestly to management because it’s management and leadership who gives them the employment if they don’t know how to use correct English correct vernacular and don’t work for my establishment. It’s unfortunate that we live in times where to find help either way, you don’t talk back to a customer especially when it’s simple question was may I ask why automotive stores don’t change fuses and rudely. I receive a response that his voiced well what do you want me to do our corporate stores tell us not to do it so that’s it!!! Once again that right there caught a termination right there I’m tired of giving opportunities. One chance one time you don’t get it right get out but unfortunately for that store owner maybe they don’t have the labor pool so they gotta deal with the garbage that has to support them and support the customers. I did call back. I spoke with the manager, and I do hope that he did corrective measures, however at the end of the day as leadership as owners the buck stops with us end of story.

    Stopped into this location while on the road to pickup some Liqui Moly DiJectron. It was early but the store was clean and put together as the staff were clearly planning their morning. They dropped what they were doing to ring me out and I was in and out quickly. Solid location for a quick visit. Thank you.
