  Karlin deserves every one of these five stars! My sister was visiting from Mississippi this weekend when we discovered her car was leaking oil. What made the situation even more concerning was that the vehicle had just been serviced before her trip, yet it had lost nearly all of its oil. We were extremely worried that the engine could seize, leaving her stranded far from home. From the moment we walked into AutoZone, Karlin took the time to listen to our concerns and immediately jumped in to help. He knowledge, professionalism, and genuine desire to assist transformed an incredibly stressful situation into one we could confidently navigate. Thanks to him prompt guidance and expertise, my sister was able to avoid what could have been catastrophic engine damage. It is rare to encounter someone who demonstrates the level of care and commitment that Karlin showed us. He treated us with kindness, patience, and a true sense of urgency, making us feel like our situation genuinely mattered. AutoZone is fortunate to have a manager like Karlin. His exceptional customer service, expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. He truly saved the day, and we are incredibly grateful for her help.   Stood in line for 10 minutes and 4 workers walked by me without helping or asking if I need help 5th worker came from outside and said he would be with me as soon as he was done helping someone outside. I asked if anyone else could help me because there were 4 other workers there and he asked someone named Xavier if they could help me. Dude didn’t even say anything and acted like he didn’t want to help. Find another job if you don’t like helping people. I’ll just go to another auto parts store moving forward. Wish I got dudes name who was helping another customer. He was busy and still managed to acknowledge me as soon as he came back to the front of the store.
