I would drive past other auto stores, even other Auto Zones to come to store #959. On Kings highway. The manager, Deidre chose a great team. Thank you.
- JLJessica LozanoMay 6, 20261.0yeah no worst customer service ever, some big guy, looks mixed, with beard is so rude, was the only person in line he made direct eye contact, didn’t say anything, went back to typing on his computer and then when i asked him if he could check me out he said “well im the only person here” ??? never once greeted me or asked me to wait i would have preferred even a simple hello but no, then got angry with me for no reason then decided to bicker with me over if he had an attitude or not WHICH HE DID! i myself work in customer service so i know you sometimes have a bad day but i would NEVER take my anger out on a paying customer!

- BLBig LootApr 24, 20265.0Until today I haven’t had the best customer service from this auto zone. It’s normally employees with bad attitudes that seem like they don’t appreciate they have a job. Today Ira and Jason showed me different. Ira was so sweet, polite, and courteous. Jason was very polite and helpful also. If they had more employees like Jason and Ira auto zone would create a lot more satisfied customers and would generate more revenue. Thank you Ira and Jason, them two need a promotion.

I was the only customer in the store and I was told to go to O’reily’s because they were not able to detect a charge. Thanks for sending me to O’Reily’s. Best help I have ever received! Their location is 5860 Stewart Parkway!
